You know how the scariest part of OG Vader was how chillingly calm he was as he did horrible things? Do you ever think about how Lucas could have designed a pre-Vader Jedi character who took the whole “detached emotionless serenity” thing in a really bad direction? And how it could have been both a logical character progression and a nuanced criticism of Jedi teachings?
