Requested by Anon; Hi! Could you please do a preference for Blue Exorcist, like the Ex-wires + Yukio meet an angel and how they would react? Thank you!!

Rin Okumura: This boy is beyond excited! He’s never seen an Angel before, so once the shock wears off, he’ll probably jump into asking you a million questions. “Do you have wings? Can I see them? Wait a minute, does that mean you can fly?! That’s so cool!!” He’s slightly worried about how the whole Angels vs Demons scenario will affect your relationship – whether that be platonic or not – because your species are known to be mortal enemies. But he’s keen to prove that he’s nothing like the other demons you’ve encountered, and that just because he’s Satan’s son doesn’t mean he’s anything like him.

Yukio Okumura: Unlike Rin, Yukio isn’t as trusting. On one hand, he wants to trust you – you’re literally the most holy entity he’s ever encountered in his life, the polar-opposite of demon-kind. But he’s a very cautious man, and so he can’t just let his guard down that easily. You’ll have to prove that you’re not a threat – to both his brother, and everyone in general – before he’d stop being suspicious.

Renzou Shima: Horny Boy is horny, but what else is new. This boy will try and hump anything with a pulse, so when he finds out what you are and sees your wings, he almost cums in his pants. You’re powerful and very attractive, so you’ve instantly won him over. He doesn’t question whether or not you could harbour dark motives – mainly because he doesn’t care. He doesn’t question things, and he doesn’t care about much. You’re hot and powerful, that’s enough for him. 

Ryuji “Bon” Suguro: Torn between wanting to worship the ground you walk on and trying to run as far away from you as he can get. You’re incredibly powerful, holy enough to exterminate the vast majority of demon-kind as easily as swatting a fly. It’s equal parts impressive and intimidating. He’ll not be as cautious around you as he would be if you were a demon, but it’ll take him a hot minute to get used to it. 

Konekomaru Miwa: The poor boy nearly faints out of shock. He’s in the same boat as Bon in that he’s both terrified and amazed by you. He’s a lot more cautious than his friends, not entirely trusting that you are what you say you are – you could be a Demon in disguise. However, all that quells when he sees your wings for the first time. If he can trust you, then he’ll be your friend until the end of his days. 

Shiemi Moriyama: She’s in awe. You’re an Angel?! She’s seen plenty of demons now, in all shapes and sizes, but hasn’t come across any of your kind before. Given how sweet she is, she’d definitely make a point of befriending you – if she wasn’t your friend already – and if the rest of the Ex-wires reacted negatively, she’d be on your side without a doubt.

Izumo Kamiki: She pretends to not care, but she does. Her tsundere attitude can’t hide the awestruck expression on her face when she first sees your wings. She’ll probably be very annoyed at the fact you didn’t tell her, or any of the others, sooner. Izumo will definitely give you the silent treatment for a while, until you either apologise or she decides to forgive you. 

Shura Kirigakure: Oh, okay. It’s definitely a shock to the system, but this woman has been a part of the Knights of the True Cross for a good amount of time – she’s seen some shit. Assuming the Vatican are aware of your existence, she’d want to see whether or not you were truly a threat to Assiah, or whether you could be an asset. She’s still careful to keep her distance, just in case. 

Mephisto: His demon instincts picked up on the threat before he was aware of what you were, so naturally his response was to stay out of your way. However, he couldn’t help but feel curious as to how you could be useful to him – he picks his ‘puppets’ carefully and knows exactly how each outcome will play out before they’ve even occurred. He’d try to seduce you, initially, because the idea of having a literal angel on his arm is something that he didn’t want to pass up…but whether or not he’d keep you around, or if his emotions would develop further than just a measly crush, are something he’d keep to himself entirely. 

Astaroth: He doesn’t even think twice before launching into an attack. This guy doesn’t play games, and if you pose a threat to Satan and demons in general, he wouldn’t stand around to see it happen. Assuming you’d survive his attacks, he still wouldn’t trust you – your species were mortal enemies, and he would never betray Satan to side with you. That being said, he wouldn’t be ignorant as to not notice how attractive you were, but it wouldn’t be enough to stop his hatred. So, essentially, he’d be aggressive as hell but if you’re up for a one-night stand, he might just say yes…but he’ll probably try to gut you afterwards.

Amaimon:He’d try to kill you, first and foremost. It’s how his brain operates – his instincts screamed that you were a threat, being as holy as your species are, and so he wanted to get rid of you. However, when he was warned by Mephisto to not push your buttons, he begrudgingly would comply. His lack of emotions, other than rage, make it difficult to read the Demon King, and so it is difficult to say whether or not his opinion of you had or would change.

Ashtoreth

One of the two queens of Hell and is the wife to one of the three High Kings, Satan. This information was documented by me through speaking to and working with this ancient goddess.

Rulerships: politics, women’s rights, legislation, acquisitions, protection, guardianship of children/adolescents, love potions, contracts, and Law

History: In the beginning of her existence, Ashtoreth came into being as one of the Angels (agents of the Source), but during the War against the tyrant god, Jehovah, she and many others were thrown into Hell. Upon crashing into this bleak wasteland, the most powerful of the Angels rose up and created their own kingdoms. These three Angels were Lucifer, Satan, and Leviathan. Seeking to have a place of power, Ashtoreth left to be with Satan and became his wife; thus becoming the queen of his domain.

During the time of Carthage, Ashtoreth describes how she was known to them as Ashur-Tanit and was their goddess of war and sex. She also created an aspect (personality shard) of herself that represents a more gentle persona of hers; this was the goddess Anat (also known as Tanit). Ashtoreth has also had several children who were goddesses of the ancient Middle East, one is the goddess Astarte (who humans have confused as being Ashtoreth), and shares in her mother’s courage, fierceness, and beauty. Another is goddess Atargatis, and with Semyaza (Azazel before he Fell), she bore the Arabian goddesses Al-Uzza, Al-lat, and Manat. Although after the War against Jehovah and his destructions against her people, Ashtoreth became very distant and angry towards humanity since they sided with him.

Element: Fire, Earth

Colours: Shades of red (especially crimson)

Appearance: a woman with a regal face, tanned skin, long black hair, and fiery red eyes. She typically wears an orange and crimson dress of medieval aristocracy (long, elegant gown with thin sleeves and no frills). She has tall, straight horns but no longer has any wings. Sometimes, Ashtoreth wears long black gloves with sharp talons at the ends to slash people with.

Personality: In general, Ashtoreth is serious, detached, regal, materialistic, courageous, vindictive, is cruel at times, and has a deep-seated hatred against Christians, especially since it is a religion which causes weakness and they continuously use her name in exorcisms. She has also been irritated over the fact that old “demonologists” wrote her in grimoires as being a male and even spelt her name in a plural form for whatever reason (Astaroth). 

During battles, Ashtoreth is fierce and fights with dual long-swords, cutting through enemies like a storm. She tends to like things such as rock music, rock concerts, motorcycles, cheering crowds, gladiatorial games, destructive fires, formality, luxury, and gaining new material possessions. She also enjoys a particular blood-sport in Hell where hellhounds race against one another and each loser is devoured by the one that wins. With regards to politics, Ashtoreth holds a rather Authoritarian stance and can also be militant at times. Like queen Lilith, Ashtoreth hates being lusted over and may often aim to kill the person responsible. She has even at times eaten some humans raw, so she is really not a demoness to be angered.

Overall, Ashtoreth is not one of the demons people should work with if they are new to demonolatry. She has a very particular way she wishes to be treated and seeks vengeance whenever scorned or treated offensively (if you lust over her, call her by a nickname, make jokes about her, etc). If someone also offends her daughter, Astarte, she will become deeply angered over this as well. However, if someone manages to earn being on her good side, she will often become a bit more approachable to them, being kind yet stern at the same time.

While Ashtoreth rules over love potions, she is not connected to love but rather to possessiveness. She shows that you can ask for her assistance in forcing someone to fall in love with you, but also that these spells will always bring karmic debt to you in return since you’re going against free-will. Nevertheless, she will help in such matters, as long as sufficient offerings are provided.

How to call her: Speak to Ashtoreth as you would with any other entity, though be very polite and considerate. Contact her through telepathically speaking in your mind, directing the words to her (you can do this verbally, but if malicious spirits hear, they may pretend to be her). Try to dress in your best clothes when inviting her to you (don’t wear sleepwear or anything) since you are hosting divine royalty and she especially expects this treatment. Be courteous and respectfully let her know when you are done meeting with her.

Things she can help with: gaining favour with others, help in court matters, becoming a better politician, revenge, protection of minors, assistance in love potions, and the strengthening of women’s rights

Her Enn (for meditation or devotion): Tasa alora foren Astaroth

Offerings: vodka, champagne, red wine, pheasant, roast pig, veal, ostrich meat, sheep brains, sheep or ram tongue, spicy food, apricots, pears, blood oranges, precious metals, bronze, copper, gemstones, pearls, gold bangles, gold bracelets, heavy perfumes, black thorn branches, long swords, daggers, Mesopotamian demoness statuettes, red candles, lit braziers, pentacles, crucifixes without Jesus (she turns these into blades and stabs them into Christians), skull goblets, whips, leopard claws, leopard skin (especially if sprinkled with its blood), knee-high heeled boots, long black gloves, relics of Catholic saints (she makes some unknown “special” use of these), glass eyeballs, clawed rings, opium incense, and any other incenses that are heavy and intoxicating.

*she hates being offered desserts or being pampered with special foods since Ashtoreth prefers Authoritarian pampering where she coldly seizes things. If people try to spoil her, she becomes agitated

Rin Okumura - 

• he’s not a weeb like Mephisto, but he’s a nerd don’t let him fool you 
  
• it wouldn’t take a lot of convincing, he’d love to go - it all just depends on his funds, ya know? 
• he wouldn’t buy his own cosplays or anything like that cause ya know, money, and he doesn’t know how to sew, so he just turns up in normal clothes for the 3-4 days that ya’ll are at the con 
• he really likes seeing the cosplays though, mostly he likes seeing the hot cosplayers to be qh 
• of course if you’re cosplaying he’ll keep his attention on you 24/7 cause he’s protective and doesn’t want anyone hitting you up
• he wants to try everything out to be qh 
• he wants to go to lots of panels (even though its completely unrealistic) and he wants to stop people for pictures every time he recognizes a cosplay, he wants to go to the rave at least once (he doesn’t like it too much after about 15 minutes of excitement) - he wants to do anything the con has to offer 
• loves the arcade room and spends a lot of time there if you split off to hang out with your own friends 
• he will roam around the dealer’s room or artist alley with you but just complain about not having enough money the whole time 
• assuming you both are sharing a room at the host hotel, he’d be super nervous and get like no sleep the whole time you guys are there which leads him to being groggy and a little cranky the Sunday that you two are heading out 

Yukio Okumura - 

• not really into conventions
  
• but willing to humor you 
• still dresses professionally at the con 
• does classwork in the hotel room whenever he can 
• will follow you whenever you ask him to, otherwise he’s content sitting in the hotel room or going out to eat or waiting on you in the main lobby of the host hotel for you to get done with whatever it is your doing 
• goes with you into the dealer’s room and artist alley at least once and buys you One (1) thing you REALLy want but don’t have the money for 
• refuses to go into the rave and advises you not to go, especially not alone
• will go into the arcade with you but isn’t interested in playing anything 
• if you insist on him following you into a panel he will, but he’s mostly scrolling on his phone instead of paying attention 
• but he’ll hold your hand 
• sleeps fairly well in the hotel with you 

Astaroth - 

• not extremely into anime, but likes anime girls (magical girls) 
  
• will insist that you cosplay as a magical girl for at least one day of the con 
• offers to buy the cosplay and props for you 
• would get you a spot with one of the professional photographers in the magical girl cosplay 
• pays for all of the shots that he likes immediately 
• holds your hand as you drag him around the con floor 
• quietly groans and sighs as if its a big deal but honestly he’s content being with you
• will buy you anything thats out of your price range in the dealer’s room or artist alley 
• also enjoys the arcade room and likes playing multiplayer games with you
• doesn’t go easy on you
• dresses up in punk/goth/rock attire to go to the rave with you & makes sure to grind on you the whole time so everyone knows who you belong to 
• sleeps like a rock in the hotel room he shares with you, especially after getting exhausted at the rave 

Amaimon - 

• would be excited to go but you know he expresses it in his own way 
  
• finds different cosplays he suggests for you to wear at the con leading up to the con but doesn’t push for any in particular 
• was instructed by his big brother that he isn’t allowed to leave your side 
• only because Mephisto doesn’t want him causing any trouble 
• so, he does what he’s told 
• sticks by you the whole time
• doesn’t cause much of a fuss at all 
• a bunch of people stop to take pictures of him and ask what he’s cosplaying from 
• “I’m a demon from Gehenna.” 
  
• ‘Oh! So you’re an original character? That’s cool.’ 
  
• doesn’t bother correcting them 
• also tries to see a bunch of cool stuff at the con, but isn’t in any rush to do it 
• is really good at the video games in the arcade
• likes going to panels to learn 
• will allow you to dance on him at the rave but doesn’t really do much there 
• doesn’t sleep just cause he doesn’t sleep 

Lucifer - 

• wouldn’t be able to stay for a whole day much less the whole weekend 
  
• but would show up undercover just to spend a bit of time with you to make you happy 
• unfortunately you both would probably just sit together in some small hidden space until he had to go 
• but he’d give you a kiss and remind you to stay loyal to him and to call him before bed 
• and then he’d go back to his base 

Mephisto Pheles - 

• we all know he’d wear this at least once during the con 
  
• does a lot of costume changes 
• is really popular at the con 
• a lot of people know him or want to know him 
• he goes to cons a lot

• loves posing for the cameras 
• sometimes in cosplay sometimes just outfits of his own 
• doesn’t really do much at the con but photoshoots, eating, and roaming around the dealer’s room and artist alley 
• drinks every night of the con 
• goes to bed at like 2 or 3am and wake up at like 7 or 8am but doesn’t finish getting ready til about 11am each day
