LIVE

Hello! Today, I’ve decided to make a post for my newbie LHP practitioners. First of all, if you decided to walk with demons and dark gods, congratulations, I’m happy for you! This path is beautiful and mysterious, but it does get overwhelming. There’s a lot to learn, plus, you can’t turn back. Not for the faint-hearted, proceeding to be calm as you communicate with ‘evil’ forces are not the easiest thing. You can be easily manipulated, they won’t give a shit.

Most of the time, if one of them thinks you’re ready, they’ll reach out.  But of course, you have to know some stuff.

1. Protection magick. Can’t stress this enough. You have to have strong wards, what if something you don’t want comes in? Lock your mirrors, do protection spells, wear talismans, ask for protection from your deities, etc. etc.

2. Many of us don’t worship any demons, dragons, or really any ‘infernal’ spirit, but some of us do. You can start by researching Satanism, Luciferianism, etc.

3. Black magick types.

4. The hierarchy of demons. Sorry, you might suffer a bit here, wishing you luck.

5. Rituals, casting a demonic circle.

6. Offerings for them.

7.. My absolute favourite, traditional demonolatry, demonology.

8.. This one is optional to be honest, but vampirism. No you don’t suck out someone’s blood, no you don’t burn when it’s sunny, you feed off of spiritual energy.

9. The Qliphoth. Kabbalah, Jewish mysticism. So important. You won’t be able to understand most stuff.

10. Ars Goetia, The Lesser Key of King Solomon. As important. Some don’t like King Solomon, but that doesn’t mean you have to avoid it, limiting yourself to only one group of demons is not going to help you.

Yeah, so, these are the ones I would suggest you to do research on. I know it’s overwhelming but you can do this, I promise! You can always message me if you have any questions, I’d respond. Have fun researching.

Hey! I wanted to make this post since I’m doing more research about this incredible King, so if you’re planning to work with him, or just curious, keep scrolling.

Mammon is a dark lord, a king, the noble demon of abundance, wealth, greed, money, capitalism, commerce, luck, ambition, aggression, sex. He has 30 legions, 26 wives, the 9th of the Nine Orders (tempters, ensnarers); Teacher of the art of evocation, he rules the earth and fire, controls the rain, is autumn. He rules Gamaliel (Black moon / Lilith) in a rare demonic hierarchy of Qliphoth. He is an incredibly powerful lord. He is also seen as a deity of thieves and merchants. I personally don’t think He’s a deity, but you do you.

He is one of the 7 Lords of Hell, if you believe in it. He is Mammon, Maymon; representing the deadly sin: greed. Some say ‘princes of Hell’ however, I don’t agree. Just because a few is told to be ‘princes’ doesn’t make others the same. He even told me to call Him King Mammon.

King Mammon shows Himself as an old man to me. He wears posh clothes, has a deep - raspy voice. I’ve seen Him twice with Lady Lilith. She just does Her job as a guide. I love Her.

I don’t suggest working with the Dark Lord if you think you’re a lazy person. You have to be serious about it. You can’t just go and assume He’d forgive you. He wants His student to put effort in their work. He can be exhausting, but He has a plan for you, so things will go well. He is the one who destroys every bad habit you have, He takes each one you can’t let go of, pushes you into finding the healing ones. He’s obviously not a Lord to joke about. He is serious, and He wants you to be serious with your work. Work with Him if you want to build an empire, because King Mammon is the best at it.

He shows great resources, makes great recommendations, He helps you become wiser, better. I think His work and words are sacred, so if you ever get an advice, I’d suggest you to carve it in your mind.

I’m not going to talk about my personal relationship with Him since it’s a bit new, and obviously private. But most people say that he makes big changes in their lives. So, if this sounds appealing to you, go ahead.

He likes expensive things. Expensive tea, gold, diamond, citrine, anything rare or precious. Dragon’s blood, bloodroot, devil’s claw, patchouli, ruby, myrrh, emerald. I offered him my citrine pendulum in a ritual.

This is His enn: Tasa Mammon On Ca Lirach.

Thank you for reading my post, I hope it was helpful! Please don’t steal anything, I put my time into it. Hail Mammon. May He walk with you.

To me, working with demons is a little more dangerous than working with deities. It’s because there are demons for anything you could think of, each different, harder to identify. Now I’m not saying most actions lack deities, a deity is a god of multiple things but none can cause a girl to dance naked like Sidragosam, or open any lock like Surgat. Plus, once you start working with demons, you also start to focus on yourself, think of ways to heal.

Most demons were also ancient deities that were demonized, so for me, they are as wise as the RHP deities. They followed Lord Lucifer and Lord Satan, they ran after equality, wisdom, freedom. Working with them is an incredible opportunity, and I will teach you how to bond with them in this post!

So first things first, if you’re a beginner witch/pagan/anything, I don’t suggest you to work with demons. Not because they’ll ruin your life, give you nightmares and drain your energy, but because demonic magick isn’t as easy as it sounds. Certain types of magick should be mastered before this, for example, the most important one, protection magick. If you can’t protect yourself, then you’d get fucked in this path. Just because I’m calling them neutral doesn’t mean they aren’t going to hurt you. Some even die.

If you are experienced, you can start with a demon that’s suitable for beginners. 7 Princes of Hell (Lord Lucifer, Lord Beelzebub, etc.) could work, or Lord Samael’s bride, Lady Lilith, I’d prefer if you did this research on your own. I will leave some sources under this post so you can research. You don’t have to memorize each demon, no, but have an opinion.

Bonding is where things start getting serious. Once you have a demon you want to work with in your mind, do more research about them. Talk with them, get closer, light a candle for them. A stranger you see on the street won’t give you the best they have if you guys have no idea about each other, so bond.

Once this is done, you should trust your intuition. If you feel ready, reach out to them. Now, I see these fancy rituals for demons in books (Grimorium verum, Lesser Key of Solomon, etc.) they might be needed for some, but some don’t care. I think if they are already reaching out to you, you can grab a pendulum, create a sacred space, light their candle, offer them something and accept the offer. However, if they haven’t reached out, a specific ritual could be a great way to invite them in. This is invocation, inviting them politely.

Evocation, however, is by force so the chance of them getting angry increases a lot. The magickian is outside of the circle, and the demon is inside. Be nice, they have PTSD because of King Solomon. Not only satanists and other similar worshippers try these evocations, christians does it, christian occultists as well. Takes a lot of energy, and I don’t suggest it at all.

Every ritual has three steps. The beginning, body ritual and ending.

The beginning is a little confusing, so don’t get discouraged if you can’t really do it at first. Now, place your candles. Could be the colors that 4 elements represent, black too, up to you, but don’t mess with it too much. North, east, south, west. Start with north. Point your dagger/athame/wand/finger upwards, relax and clear your mind, draw a mix of ZD (look it up the internet please). Call a demon that’s elemental attribution is earth. Chant their enn preferably three times, invite them. Feel as if the element earth is entering in, creating the first layer of our circle. Turn to east, call a demon who represents air. Do the same with last two points. South for fire, west for water.

Then you invoke the demon you’ve chosen by its enn.

There! The body isn’t as hard. You can do divination, meditation, have sex, dance, sing, pray, leave offerings, manifest, make sacrifice. The demon might choose to show itself to you, but it won’t always happen, don’t be disappointed. The amount of success doesn’t determine the demon’s choice.

After you are done, thank all the demons, snuff out their candles. Do NOT blow out their candles. No. Big no. I don’t care if you are a chaos witch who doesn’t care, it’s disrespectful to demons and you aren’t doing spells here. Especially if they are kings or princes.

Once you’re done, set up an altar for them if it’s accepted. Also, side note, make sure your wards are strong. There are lots of spirits, an unknown one could come, we don’t want that. Anyways, after that, you could start working with them!

I hope this was helpful. If you have any questions, reply to this post, I will answer them. Have a great day, may the Queen walk with you. And please don’t steal my post, I put my time into this. 15.01.21

Hi! Welcome to my blog. This is where I’ll be recording some things for my grimoire as well as where I’ll be posting my experiences as a witch!

Please call me Lady Giovanni! Or Lady for short. You can also call me Vanni. I’m 17 and bisexual genderfluid (I mostly shift between femme and enby though)

I am a broom closeted eclectic chaos witch who dabbles in divination and energy work. I use tarot cards and my pendulum as well as do a bit of astrology work as my main divination methods. I don’t do a lot of spellwork unless it’s the necessities like protective charms or warding. I also most notably have a crystal addiction; not something to be happy about but hey, shiny.

I also do deitywork! I work with a pretty large number of deities, but nowadays I’ve been focusing my worship on Apollo (I asked my other deities and guides for their consent on the matter and they said it was okay since I like, desperately need to heal from some traumatic shit)

The deities and guides I work with are:

  • Apollo
  • Loki
  • Dionysus
  • Eros
  • Hermes
  • Ares
  • Hypnos
  • Zeus
  • Freyja
  • Psyche
  • Aphrodite
  • Lucifer
  • Asmodeus
  • Lifa (my spirit animal/ animal guide)

I know, I work with a lot of guides. Not like I mind much though.

I’ve been a hellenic polytheist since 10th grade and Asatrui since about 8th grade but has dabbled in demonolatry a bit earlier on (Lucifer can vouch for that with my numerous attempts at summoning him at like, age 10)

So like, yeah. Follow me if you want to hear about the countless shenanigans that is my spiritual journey.

A night with the Guides and the joys of having a sister who doesn’t mind witchcraft

In layman’s terms, last night was wild. I share a room with my sister and the vibes have just been super off recently, and I decided I finally wanted to try smoke cleansing (I usually use sound cleansing for the energy in my room.) So I stole bay leaves from my kitchen (we don’t have sage) and my sister and I tried to burn them without nearly burning the house down.

Note:nearly. It’s April fool’s, I work with three trickster gods and quite literally the best friends trio of the Olympian gods. So you know shit was wild.

To start off, my sister and I were trying to light the bay leaves on fire inside this small candle since we didn’t have anywhere to burn it (I’m broom closeted and my sister is the only one who knows and is accepting of it.)

However we just couldn’t get it to stay on fire. And during one of our attempts, my sister dropped a lit match on our wooden floor and she and I lost it.

We blew it out and we were both shaking, not in fear, but at the fact we quite literally were the dumbest bitches alive and nearly burned our house down trying to light bay leaves.

Apollo and Dionysus were there watching us the entire time and were just laughing at our dumbassery. Hermes joined in soon after and the trio were watching us like we were some sitcom. Loki was there too, as he usually is when things nearly go horribly wrong.

Apparently it was part of their April Fool’s joke. Like, there was no burn mark on the floor at all and was no evidence of it happening. No soot, black spot, no nothing. A lit match was dropped on directly exposed wood and there wasn’t even an ember forming. Mind you, the fire on the match was like, big enough to reach halfway down the matchstick.

It was a disaster I swear.

Soon enough, we finally got the bay fire going and it was relaxing. The overall vibe was just really nice and warm, the lights were off and the room was lit up by two candles: one where the bay leaves were burning and another I have for Apollo.

And I decided that since he and the rest of the trio were here, I wanted to play some music. I played Yellow by Coldplay (I consider it to be a song that binds me to Apollo, since the first time I fully felt his presence as a whole was when I invited him to listen to this song with me) as well as some Big Time Rush (I read somewhere he liked BTR so I asked him if he wanted me to play it and his little candle was just going wild so I did.)

Cute anecdote: The fire of Apollo’s candle would flicker in beat to the songs and I thought that was the cutest thing (especially to Boyfriend.)

I sang along to some of the songs and it would flicker as if singing with me. It also happened when I played the Phantom Of The Opera theme for Dionysus, who used the candle we were burning the bay leaves in as his temporary candle. It was really cute.

It was also the first time my sister fully acknowledged the presence of my gods. Both of us are some form of clairvoyant (both of us are very sensitive to energy and in turn, we can see visuals in our head brought about by the energy as if pinpointing certain things like where my deities were sitting in the room; if that makes sense? It’s a bit difficult to explain and put into words and I’m not sure if anyone experiences the same thing, but I initially thought I was crazy until my sister pointed them out too. Then we sorta like, tested each other on it and it worked so far.)

She experienced sitting next to Hermes, feeling his energy directly, she saw Freyja, Lucifer, Apollo, and even felt Aphrodite hold her hand. She told me she’s never experienced something like this before, and I told her that stuff like this just happens at times.

A lot of other wild shenanigans happened last night. Like my sister meeting my deities and guides, feeling their presence, and even witnessing me getting pranked for April Fool’s.

Womenly things; it’s my red week and apparently it was the perfect opportunity for a prank, so some of my gods thought it would be funny to not tell me that I started bleeding through. Loki and Hermes fucking lost it and I was just dying last night. Freyja and Aphrodite were trying to get me to change, etc. Wild night.

I was even visited by an unexpected newcomer in the form of Zeus, who I hadn’t made contact with properly at all. I was doing shadow work earlier on that day with Apollo and apparently Zeus was listening in, I asked Apollo to make sure after witnessing the tree outside my window going batshit crazy because of the wind.

And apparently he wants to work with me too, as I clarified with him earlier today.

Overall, last night was just so positive and warm. I experienced so many surreal encounters with my gods and guides, who were all present with me. Heck, even Asmodeus made an appearance, and I barely interact with him.

I witnessed a lot of stuff too, like Eros and Psyche being lovey dovey, Lucifer being standoffish when I mentioned possibly working with Hades, and even Loki just being outright weird. Ares even went dad mode when he went downstairs with me so I could change since he knew I’m like, a major coward and that I’d be too scared to go alone.

Heck, my sister and I finally got around to locking our numerous mirrors. I showed her how to do it, and I wanted to cry in being a proud sister while watching her figure out how to draw the sigil right.

Also, Apollo hugs and cuddles. Very nice.

I can’t forget what happened later that night though. Everything was going really well until I spotted Apollo’s candle flickering. It usually wasn’t an odd occurrence, but it was like it was trying to get my attention. Apollo’s presence and energy changed a bit, going from warm and amused to something a bit more protective. I then felt something coming from outside the door, like an odd energy. We just cleansed the room, so a lot of lingering entities/energies were kicked out and apparently it was one of them (according to Apollo anyway) and he told us not to go near the door or leave the room anymore.

I could feel a bit of tension coming from some of my gods and guides, such as Ares, Lucifer, and Freyja who were the closest to the door. Even Zeus’s energy seemed a bit tense. My intuition was telling me they were watching it in case something happens, so it began to worry me.

Apollo told me to sleep then, and I in turn asked him if I could put out the candles. However, after my inquiries, he told me that I really couldn’t. I was worried, seeing as it was a literal fire hazard, but I trusted him and the rest of my gods to keep me safe. I am not sure what it meant to keep the candles on or what would happen if I put it out then, but I let them stay on. I couldn’t sleep easily at first, seeing as I didn’t want my house to burn down, but after Apollo’s and Hermes’s coercion, I ended up falling asleep.

Another cute anecdote: holding hands with Apollo is my new favorite thing. Like, he’s such a dad, like I even call him Pater or Papa. He’s just really warm, both in personality and his energy. Hermes too. The two were just looking after me and calming me down so I could sleep already.

I felt safe, with all of my guides being there looking after me.

I woke up pretty abruptly a few hours after, the sun was rising and the energy of the room had changed. I put the candles out, seeing as the odd energy I felt outside the door a few hours prior was gone. I was still sleepy then, and I ended up falling asleep again directly after. I still felt Hermes’s and Apollo’s energy then, and it was just really surreal.

I really love my gods and guides. I really do. I’ve always known it, I know they know it, and now even my sister understands why I confide in them.

In conclusion; burning bay leaves with my guides on April Fool’s night is a totally fantastic and safe bonding experience. Well, if you don’t count dropping a lit match or dealing with a possible energy vampire. Would totally recommend, but be sure to have a fire extinguisher on hand just in case.

Lucifer, air correspondent

Enlightenment, the morning sun, spring, and obviously air. This is the nature of Lucifer. They are not a Fallen angel, punished by God, the abrahamic faiths simply lied.

It’s important to know that where as most demons are teachers and mentors, these are Lucifer’s main traits.

They correspond to the morning, because, if you think about it as the sun rises from our perspective it’s as if though the sun, (our conscious mind) arises from “darkness” (spiritual ignorance).

This is the reason I personally correspond morning glories (fun fact, morning glories can give you a psychedelic effect).

Baphomet

Demonic god of transformation, fruition, fertility, libertinism, and wisdom attained through indulging the senses

There are times when deities are able to create other gods by merging some of their energy with another deity’s energy. This is seldom done, and is used during times when it is deemed necessary, especially to help in certain causes. Baphomet is one such god who came into being under these circumstances. The information shared is what I’ve learnt from Baphomet through my experiences in working with them.

Baphomet was created as a joint-project between Satan (one of the three demonic High Kings) and Shub-Niggurath, the Outer Goddess known as the Black Goat with a Thousand Dark Young. These two deities merged small portions of their energy in order to construct a combined form that would act as a unique deity; one that holds both of their teachings combined. With Satan’s contribution, his energy of rebellion, virility, indulgence, and will-power helped fuel Baphomet’s more aggressive areas. Shub-Niggurath, being the great goddess of fertility, insight, and the wilderness helped in fueling the more serene and wisdom-seeking areas of Baphomet.

With all these things combined, Baphomet became a teaching deity who would draw people towards the left-hand path and show them some of the true teachings of the demons. Baphomet encourages humans to embrace sexuality rather than see it as a sin, since this notion is harmful for many reasons. While sex is an important way to bring new life into being, Baphomet also values the pleasure that sex brings. Pleasure should be enjoyed without guilt, especially since human lives are short and full of burden.

Baphomet is a god of Libertinism, which is indulgence in pleasure, but also your own will. This encourages the freedom to enjoy life, since your life is your own and not anyone else’s. You also indulge in your pride, since you are not acting as a sheep like most others do, but rather as your own individual self who does not bow down to the tyranny of the Church. This however does not give one the right to act however they please or act arrogantly, since this will go against the teachings of Baphomet. The teaching here is to rule yourself with wisdom, and to seek enjoyment within a world that constantly tries to steal it from you.

From this, we see that Baphomet is strongly linked to the material, but since they are a deity of balance, they are linked to the spiritual as well. Through indulging in your senses, you can gradually gain certain experiences that grant you wisdom. This is not something that can be done through overindulgence or doing things that would be harmful to you, as these would lead to harmful circumstances or materialism. The point here is that through freeing ourselves from the Christian fear of pleasure and by allowing ourselves to gain insight from new experiences, we can obtain certain understandings from this and progress towards wisdom. This can be expressed through the quote “The Path of Excess leads to the Tower of Wisdom” from Enigma and William Blake, as wisdom can only be gained through large amounts of experience, if done properly.

Baphomet can be spoken to at any time and asked for guidance. They are a deity who interacts through our minds in order to bring spiritual teachings, and then vanishes when no longer being spoken to. They seek to guide and uplift both body and spirit, which will bring balance into a person and awaken more of their potential. The original Baphomet was a combination of Cernunnos and Pan, which was worshipped by the Knights Templar before they were discovered. Hundreds of years later, Eliphas Levi created the iconic image of Baphomet, which was some time after Baphomet as a deity was constructed by Shub-Niggurath and Satan. Through analyzing the many symbolisms shown in the art of Baphomet, we can gain even more insight about this dualistic deity.

Symbolism of Baphomet:

  • The black goat is not only a Satanic animal, but also the form which Shub-Niggurath takes, since she is the humanoid black she-goat.

  • The hermaphroditic form shows the union of male and female as one, which is gained through the combined energies of Satan and Shub-Niggurath.

  • The torch upon their head represents Illumination, showing the light that emerges from one’s being when they have been spiritually awoken through great effort.

  • The pentacle is the left-hand path, the teachings of the demons.

  • The Caduceus represents the Staff of Hermes, which symbolizes the balance of opposites as well as the principle of correspondence. The Staff also acts as an allusion to the phallus, which is the masculine sign of fertility.

  • The wings represent connection of the celestial element with the bestial element (the goat), which together is the union between Heaven and Earth. This is not the false Christian Heaven, but the true celestial realm. In Sumerian mythology, this union was called the Duranki, and is the link which allows humans the possibility to transcend beyond the earthly plane and into a higher state of being.

  • Baphomet’s arms bare the Latin words Solve (separate) and Coagula (unite). This refers to alchemy, which is taught in The Alchemical V.I.T.R.I.O.L where it says Visit the interior of the earth and by purifying yourself, you will find the hidden stone.” The meaning of this text is that one must delve into themselves and separate from their ego, thus becoming purified. Through this, the hidden stone, which is the core (higher self), will be discovered. And through bonding with the higher self, one can gain great wisdom, freedom, inner-strength, and life beyond death (without reincarnation). So the Solve and Coagula refer to this very teaching, of separating from what limits us and uniting with our truth. This brings self-transformation and is the first step towards Illumination.

  • The hand gestures used by Baphomet is the ancient sign of binding and teaching, which is also used as a blessing. It is used in the Hermetic tradition, and has been used by other deities as well. Baphomet’s hands also point both towards the sky and towards the earth, representing the Hermetic law of “as above, so below”. This law means that everything has a correspondence to another, which allows the use of magick in many areas. One should not interpret this phrase as meaning opposites, but rather that everything connects to other points of reference on another plane. Thus, the material and the spiritual are interrelated, based on the principle of similarity (caution: similar refers to analogy; it does not mean they are the same). There are points of correspondence for everything, which forms the basis on most areas of magick, and may also explain portals, teleportation, and other advanced magick techniques. Therefore, many things in existence are reflections of each other; above and below are not opposites since they do not oppose each other, instead, they are two different points of perspective. This is telling us that like “above” and “below”, many other things correspond with one another as analogies and can thus be used in magick to help us make connections. For example, the metal of silver is connected to the Moon because they are “reflections” of each other, thus causing silver to have an energy link to the Moon, which allows it to be used in planetary magick.

  • The fingers of Baphomet point towards two different Moons. The crescent that is waning is Solve (dissolution/separation) and the black crescent that is representing the Dark Moon is symbolizing new beginnings through transformation.

Overall, Baphomet is a deity who teaches the way of self-transformation through gaining insight and freedom. There is also a mixture of indulgence, but as a way of obtaining lessons and self-understanding. We first must seek to be free from the oppressive chains of society and the Church by empowering ourselves and seeing that there is no harm in pleasure, then we must free ourselves from our bodies and realize that the material is not everything. This is also freedom from the ego, which restrains us and limits us, making us filled with illusions. To separate from this is to begin the path towards transcendence and true empowerment.

Ashtoreth

One of the two queens of Hell and is the wife to one of the three High Kings, Satan. This information was documented by me through speaking to and working with this ancient goddess.

Rulerships: politics, women’s rights, legislation, acquisitions, protection, guardianship of children/adolescents, love potions, contracts, and Law

History: In the beginning of her existence, Ashtoreth came into being as one of the Angels (agents of the Source), but during the War against the tyrant god, Jehovah, she and many others were thrown into Hell. Upon crashing into this bleak wasteland, the most powerful of the Angels rose up and created their own kingdoms. These three Angels were Lucifer, Satan, and Leviathan. Seeking to have a place of power, Ashtoreth left to be with Satan and became his wife; thus becoming the queen of his domain.

During the time of Carthage, Ashtoreth describes how she was known to them as Ashur-Tanit and was their goddess of war and sex. She also created an aspect (personality shard) of herself that represents a more gentle persona of hers; this was the goddess Anat (also known as Tanit). Ashtoreth has also had several children who were goddesses of the ancient Middle East, one is the goddess Astarte (who humans have confused as being Ashtoreth), and shares in her mother’s courage, fierceness, and beauty. Another is goddess Atargatis, and with Semyaza (Azazel before he Fell), she bore the Arabian goddesses Al-Uzza, Al-lat, and Manat. Although after the War against Jehovah and his destructions against her people, Ashtoreth became very distant and angry towards humanity since they sided with him.

Element: Fire, Earth

Colours: Shades of red (especially crimson)

Appearance: a woman with a regal face, tanned skin, long black hair, and fiery red eyes. She typically wears an orange and crimson dress of medieval aristocracy (long, elegant gown with thin sleeves and no frills). She has tall, straight horns but no longer has any wings. Sometimes, Ashtoreth wears long black gloves with sharp talons at the ends to slash people with.

Personality: In general, Ashtoreth is serious, detached, regal, materialistic, courageous, vindictive, is cruel at times, and has a deep-seated hatred against Christians, especially since it is a religion which causes weakness and they continuously use her name in exorcisms. She has also been irritated over the fact that old “demonologists” wrote her in grimoires as being a male and even spelt her name in a plural form for whatever reason (Astaroth).

During battles, Ashtoreth is fierce and fights with dual long-swords, cutting through enemies like a storm. She tends to like things such as rock music, rock concerts, motorcycles, cheering crowds, gladiatorial games, destructive fires, formality, luxury, and gaining new material possessions. She also enjoys a particular blood-sport in Hell where hellhounds race against one another and each loser is devoured by the one that wins. With regards to politics, Ashtoreth holds a rather Authoritarian stance and can also be militant at times. Like queen Lilith, Ashtoreth hates being lusted over and may often aim to kill the person responsible. She has even at times eaten some humans raw, so she is really not a demoness to be angered.

Overall, Ashtoreth is not one of the demons people should work with if they are new to demonolatry. She has a very particular way she wishes to be treated and seeks vengeance whenever scorned or treated offensively (if you lust over her, call her by a nickname, make jokes about her, etc). If someone also offends her daughter, Astarte, she will become deeply angered over this as well. However, if someone manages to earn being on her good side, she will often become a bit more approachable to them, being kind yet stern at the same time.

While Ashtoreth rules over love potions, she is not connected to love but rather to possessiveness. She shows that you can ask for her assistance in forcing someone to fall in love with you, but also that these spells will always bring karmic debt to you in return since you’re going against free-will. Nevertheless, she will help in such matters, as long as sufficient offerings are provided.

How to call her: Speak to Ashtoreth as you would with any other entity, though be very polite and considerate. Contact her through telepathically speaking in your mind, directing the words to her (you can do this verbally, but if malicious spirits hear, they may pretend to be her). Try to dress in your best clothes when inviting her to you (don’t wear sleepwear or anything) since you are hosting divine royalty and she especially expects this treatment. Be courteous and respectfully let her know when you are done meeting with her.

Things she can help with: gaining favour with others, help in court matters, becoming a better politician, revenge, protection of minors, assistance in love potions, and the strengthening of women’s rights

Her Enn (for meditation or devotion): Tasa alora foren Astaroth

Offerings: vodka, champagne, red wine, pheasant, roast pig, veal, ostrich meat, sheep brains, sheep or ram tongue, spicy food, apricots, pears, blood oranges, precious metals, bronze, copper, gemstones, pearls, gold bangles, gold bracelets, heavy perfumes, black thorn branches, long swords, daggers, Mesopotamian demoness statuettes, red candles, lit braziers, pentacles, crucifixes without Jesus (she turns these into blades and stabs them into Christians), skull goblets, whips, leopard claws, leopard skin (especially if sprinkled with its blood), knee-high heeled boots, long black gloves, relics of Catholic saints (she makes some unknown “special” use of these), glass eyeballs, clawed rings, opium incense, and any other incenses that are heavy and intoxicating.

*she hates being offered desserts or being pampered with special foods since Ashtoreth prefers Authoritarian pampering where she coldly seizes things. If people try to spoil her, she becomes agitated
