It’s been a hefty amount of time and after several messages requesting a part 2, I decided it was time to release the sequel to my Astral 101 post; welcome to Astral 102! As always, this is my UPG and I want to remind others that despite the wonders of the astral, it can be dangerous and isn’t for everybody!
Homework: Make an Astral Travel/Projectiong Meditation Playlist! Like I mention later on this post, I usually use meditation noise matching a specific ideal-location in order to find locations in the astral that I would like. So make a list of various background noise for meditation that you would like to gear to your own explorations of the astral. City noise for the city? Underwater noise to help with finding mermaids? Sounds of the forest to help with visiting elven civilizations? The choices are yours!
