My new puppy and my heart dog took a nap together this afternoon, side by side blepping
Yes I got a new puppy!
She can see and hear (which is so weird lol) and she looks exactly like a Tasmanian devil so her name is Tasmania. She is 8 weeks old and she likes to launch herself off of high ledges which has been so fun and not at all stressful.

Rainy day today which means it’s quieeeeet. Relaxing with me while I draw some art for Inktober 2017! (Go look at my mental health blog @the-era-system to see the art I did!)
I just wanted to post something in honor of “National Puppy Day”. Like most people who own a dog I think mine is just the best one there is, meet Whiskey. I’ve owned her since she was 2 months old, and literally fell in love with her at first sight. She was born from an accidental litter on a back woods Kentucky farm. She’s an Australian Shepherd/Beagle mix and has the perfect blend of both those breeds visually and mentally. I did not decide on doing “puppy classes”, but instead she has been trained by myself and I feel like I’ve done a pretty solid job. Before the age of 6 months she knew 5 commands including sit, speak, down, shake, high five and of course was taught to never snap at a human or other animal around food or under stressful situations. She has even progressed to learning roll over, stay, and can be left off a leash outdoors and will return when called! She’s always by my side and has been loyal even on my darkest days.
