Is a beagle who lives in Boston. I made have been asked a friend of his owner. It is a little larger than the palm of the hand. Next week, it will send from Japan to the place’s owner to Boston.

Here’s another thought I’ve had for a while.
These dogs all fill the “stereotypical dog shape” to a fault.
The dog in the middle, the Entlebucher sennenhund, is the only one not common… anywhere, really. While both the beagle (in America at least) and the lab, are very popular family dogs.
Other than the shape, these three breeds are completely different, with the beagle being a tracking hunting dog/scenthound, the sennenhund is a cattle herder, and the Labrador retriever is a retrieving bird dog.
I think it would be neat if the Entlebucher got more popular, as while it is rather stubborn, noisy and energetic and not for everyone, I’m pretty positive it would make a better companion/family dog than the beagle.

It’s not science, it’s violence. Beagles are one of the sweetest dogs that could ever enter your life, high energy but just as high affection. They’re full of personality, obedient, and adorable. I’m absolutely disgusted that in the current age Beagles are being bred around the world just to lab test. I’ve been spoiling mine rotten since we got him a year ago, but I’d be lying if I said he didn’t get extra treats and hugs recently. If you have the yard space and the means, Adopt and Save a Beagle, I have a feeling there will be a bunch that need good homes soon.

Before I head off to bed…
I just wanted to post something in honor of “National Puppy Day”. Like most people who own a dog I think mine is just the best one there is, meet Whiskey. I’ve owned her since she was 2 months old, and literally fell in love with her at first sight. She was born from an accidental litter on a back woods Kentucky farm. She’s an Australian Shepherd/Beagle mix and has the perfect blend of both those breeds visually and mentally. I did not decide on doing “puppy classes”, but instead she has been trained by myself and I feel like I’ve done a pretty solid job. Before the age of 6 months she knew 5 commands including sit, speak, down, shake, high five and of course was taught to never snap at a human or other animal around food or under stressful situations. She has even progressed to learning roll over, stay, and can be left off a leash outdoors and will return when called!
She’s always by my side and has been loyal even on my darkest days.
