LIVE

Happy 1st ARMYversary to me!

“You’ll find BTS where you needed them the most.” they said. I can personally confirm how very true this is.

Listening to music has always been a way of comfort for me, but at that time, a year ago today no amount of songs seems like to comfort me like it usually does with what I was going through at that moment, so I asked my instagram followers to recommend me a song.

One of them recommended Life Goes On by BTS, while I was aware of the boys since they’re very famous and a close friend is an army, it was the first time I actually heard a song from them.

Listening to “Life Goes On” felt like a hug, the first time I listened to it, a much needed hug (it still feel like that listening to it now). It resonates so much with how I was feeling that time.

Then the rest was history.

I’m very much into boy group/bands but I’ve never loved any band or group, like how I loved these seven beautiful men. What made me love them the most aside their music that connects to me so much, was their geniune personalities, life stories, struggles as a group and as an individual and how I relate to them in so many ways.

They honestly don’t feel like having an idol to me, or having a new hyperfixation when I got to know them. Knowing them feels like meeting a new person and that person becoming your best friend.

While BTS didn’t change my life for an instance, them and their music made it better and to that I’m always thankful for them. In a way, just like many others, I was saved.

I’m definitely in this bangtan shit for life.

Just watched PTD Concert and omg ps sorry for the blurry pics but BTS is amazing
