my name is Kaysha but you can call me Luna since everyone else does and i also prefer Luna as well. i’m from this small, very small Island called Barbados located in the Caribbean and i have lived there for all of my 20 years #born&raised.
I have never traveled before but that does stop me from keeping up to date with trendy wear and fashion. i created this blog to showcase my love for the Arts&Fashion hoping one day i actually get to leave this small Island i hold so dear, to experience, feel and see face to face the different cultures and fashions for myself.

My day goes infinitely better when I am #intentional about the first thing I eat for the day. I mean, this is probably a “duh” moment for some folks, HOWEVAH I am the person that loves breakfast food but I hardly ever have an interest in breakfast (unless it’s a social gathering … or BRUNCH ). I’ve hardly ever made a fuss or prioritized the first meal of the day. Matter of fact I’m more likely to eat breakfast food for dinner than for breakfast
But as per usual my trips/relocations to Barbados can be hectic, stressful and taxing on my health in numerous ways. And whaddya know … something I never cared about turns out to be something that has become an integral part of my self care. Some mornings I have to throw my fruit salad in a bag and go. Sometimes I have to walk into the supermarket and tell myself “️you deserve this 14.99 box of strawberries (even though they ain’t organic).”
BUT taking the 15-20 mins it may take to peel the fruit, cut it, core it, place it so that it looks like I picked my bowl up from a buffet has become a type of #meditation for me in the midst of chaos. I’m so grateful for everything that leads and led up to this moment of intentionality in my life .
