#bendy and the ink machine

So uh….. you know that game that I accidentally got completely obsessed with but was like “well I haven’t ever played it or watched a let’s play of it because I’m too easily spooked”?

Anyway my favourite thing is how obvious it is that we got into this fandom completely backwards because I looked at a sign that said “theater” and was immediately like “ah, that’s where the ink machine is” because that’s where it is in the novel, a thought that literally no one playing this game for the first time has ever had

Recently ran across some “what if the BAtiM folks escaped the Studio and were human again” pondering and then I had some thoughts which eventually devolved into Thinking About Sammy A Lot, aka Escape AU Where Sammy Lawrence Tries To Make Up For Being Terrified Of Everything Now By Being A Half-hearted Ass To Everyone. 

So many of these people murdered each other for ink-related reasons, they should REALLY not be living in the same space but the content I want is just all of these losers trying to come to terms with both a new life and each other…….

I really wanted to do art for the banjo man’s bday this year, and apparently got possessed to make a whole set of Sammy Lawrence chibis…. SO UH,,, here’s both of my canon-based Sammy designs performing Perfectly Normal Sammy Activities!! 

And if you, too, would like to celebrate with stickers, I have….. also put them on redbubble… (Sticker sheet 1,Sticker sheet 2, No Loud Shoes 1&2; all my BatIM Inspired Stuff) (edit to note: if you buy a sticker sheet, the measurements apply to the WHOLE SHEET, not individual sammys, so make sure to size up accordingly!)

got a question recently about stylisation and for some reason it gave me a hankering to draw some slightly chibified batims, so……. have some slightly chibified batims!!!!

Early on in Escape AU, Henry made several trips to the ink-flooded Studio, trying to pull out as many people as he could. For at least one trip, Sammy helped.

…It was the best they could offer. Sammy tries to believe he did right by his flock.

My first post here on tumblr, is also my first entry to an art contest - the one for Boris and the dark survival. Which is also the reason why the second picture does not have any text; in case they decide to edit the font or writing.

As for what inspired me… well, fans may already have guessed it. It was a certain glitch, which caused our dear darling, the ink demon, to appear white like a ghost, hence the name: Ghost Bendy. He may only have lived for one day, but he will be missed and perhaps this way, he will be remembered.
