Every instance of the Red-Green-Blue cover combo that I see on my shelf.
Not sure if Divergent counts, since it’s kind of orange.
Also: The Selection and Daughter of Smoke and Bones series have two of the three, but it’s unknown if they’ll pull through with the final green.
Thoughts? Any other Blue/Red/Green series?
