“Blood Magick” by me. Just a little something I knocked together. Inspired by a lot of the settings of the table top role-playing games I play, like Shadowrun, Liminal, Changeling: the Lost, Mage: the Awakening, and a few others.
ok so. I got “back” into playing FFXIV, which has been a huge time sink :D I played it for a month back in like 2013 and got a Black mage to level 50, but I lost that character since it was easier to just buy all the new expansions in a package deal, so I’m rp-ing that my new character is the older brother of my old character lmao

My lil firebug is finished!
Drak was taught by his father how to cast by hand, but only if the situation was dire and called for it.
If he over uses it, the ability causes scorching damage to his nerves - leaving him in chronic pain that magic cannot undo.
He’s only used it a couple of times - and he has some damage to his hands, though he hasn’t admitted it, his partner not finding out until they are much older, especially when his motor control is affected.
