This young rescue boa was getting fostered by a volunteer back in California for a while, but we finally picked him up couple weeks ago. And he’s here to stay!

First litter of the year dropped last night! Pairing was my Hypo Arabesque het Kahl dam (Samba) x Jungle het Kahl sire (Dozo). Very cute litter of nine live (one slug).
Man hard to believe this girl is gonna be three years old this year. They grow up so fast!
Parabola, 2019 Sunglow Junglebesque Boa imperator
These three little girls were born here on Jun 26. Pairing was Rose (hypo leopard het blood) x Blackthorn (blood het leopard).
Sadly, during birth Rose got blocked up by a calcified slug and passed away shortly after the surgery to remove it. Quite a bummer to start out the birthing season, but I am grateful these three sweet kids made it out. They’re all doing great so far!

Man, I was really hoping this lady was gravid, but alas… Her due date came and went, and then she had a shed, and I see zero evidence that there is (or was) anything in there. Oh well, I’m just thankful she’s healthy - we can always try again next year!
