I’ve made shiny versions for all the Kanto starters! :D
In gen 2 shiny pokemon were determined by their stats so that they would still be shiny if traded between gen 1 and 2.
This means that any pokemon you catch in Red, Blue and Yellow on 3DS could turn out to be shinies if Silver, Gold and Crystal are released on virtual console too!
So. My friend Ayana is in town for a bit. I drew a bulbasaur in the dust on her back car window. She told me her brother in law saw it and called it a “bobasaur” which prompted me to say imagine Bob from bobs burger but as a bulbasaur n burger as its bulb. And now we have this cursed imagery. Enjoy
Top 300 result winners were announced for the Pokémon TCG and my entries didn’t make the cut. Makes sense seeing all the talented artists entries! Here’s my first entry I did, Bulbasaur. It was really cool seeing how many other artists had similar ideas and how they executed them

Gonna shift gears for a bit, and start doing some cleaner and cuter stuff. I give em head scruff cause I think it’s cute. I started re-watching season 1 of Pokemon with subs, and it’s surprising how well it holds up nearly 20 years later. I still think one of the weirdest things is how Pikachu really was the original mascot pokemon, being one of the weakest on his team and acts as the gag pokemon, while nowadays he’s a battling powerhouse. Ash, for the record, is a much better pokemon trainer than the internet gives him credit for.
