Seattlites are so freaking dramatic about snow
We’re getting 4-8 INCHES of snow today. That’s it.
Grocery stores have been ransacked, the city is shutting down, all non-essential workers don’t have to come to work.
I legit saw people using Hiking Poles and Skiis to traverse the sidewalk.
They’re calling it “Snowmageddon” it’s so obnoxious

Patience means to exercise restraint from anxiety and remain calm in hardships. It is a virtue which enables us to proceed towards worthy goals and remain unaffected by difficult situations.
Every believer who believes in Allah will be tested. Such tests can come in the form of fear, hunger, illness, some loss in goods or lives or similar provisions. No one can have a completely blissful life without hardships.
But Allah does not burden a soul greater than it can bear. Whenever He afflicts us with some difficulty, He gives us hope too. We are not left alone with trials and hardships. In Surah at-Talaq, verse 07, Allah says:
After every difficulty, Allah will soon grant relief.
Indeed, Allah always helps and provides us with a way out from every difficulty that we face. Our burdens, troubles and difficulties can be removed through prayers, patience and by having complete faith in Allah.

After finally sorting out some sourcing problems, I just need a break. Constant hate for a simple mistake that I’ve regretted making ever since is so not cool. But now that I’ve fixed things, can you please just let me be?
Seriously, you still bitter about Noiz “apologizing” to his parents? Newcomers are preeeetty late to the discussion.
Noiz “apologizing” meant nothing and everything at the same time. Because owning up for leaving Theo to deal with their parents alone and essentially letting Theo to take on responsibilities that weren’t his IS VALID.
The parents certainly don’t feel apologetic and Noiz knows it. He knows they don’t deserve the “apology” and I’m pretty sure they realize that. “At least I’M owing up for screwing up family”. “Apologizing” automatically makes him the better person in the room.
And why do you act like he’s submitting to his parents’ will? Doing so would’ve meant becoming the CEO-in-training which *spoiler warning for the post-end drama cd* HE DIDN’T. That would’ve meant staying at their parents’ house and HE DIDN’T. That would’ve meant accepting that dumbass proposal of an arranged marriage so that Theo could get married as well aaaaaand I’m just now repeating myself.
Noiz stood his ground, is owing up by helping Theo (even he calls their parents out) and clearly DOESN’T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THEIR PARENT’S BS.
Why you keep acting like Noiz not cutting his family off permanently was a sin?
