Marinette learning Chat Noir is Adrien is her getting the final piece to the puzzle and realizing that she’s actually been putting it together all wrong and having to unscramble everything and put it back together in a way that aligns with that final piece.
But Marinette notices the last few puzzle pieces (which represent Cat Walker) are missing and she has no idea where.

You know what gets me - is that Marinette can’t recognize Adrien or Chat Noir by their asses. You have one man that she has been totally crazy in love with for 4 seasons. She has edited and watched video reels of this man countless times. And then this other man, who saves her life at least once a week. Her life could literally depend on her ability to recognize Chat Noir by his ass. And now we have this third man (Cat Walker) who has an identical ass and whom she was totally crushing on for a night. And she can’t play “do the butts match?” C’mon. Are you in love with this man or not?
