2019 YEAR IN REVIEW
At the beginning of the year I didn’t have a tumblr, and now I have it back. I wonder how long it lasts or if everyone even comes back.
The year and decade is almost over, so it’s time to do a look back at some of my favorite works from each month. I’d say this year was probably my more experimental and I’m looking forward to what I’ll be doing in 2020.

I couldn’t sleep the other night so I decided to both give myself a design challenge and make something cursed.
The only design here that really works is Slade because the colors aren’t too bright.

Genndy’s Ahsoka Tano
More Ahsoka goodness as I tried a little what-if experiment if Ahsoka Tano had made her first appearance in the Genndy Tartakovsky Clone Wars series from 2003.
I figured she’d look a little bit like Ashi/Ilana and be voiced by Tara Strong.

Big Hero 6
After the series concluded quite recently, I felt it was time to finish up an old poster design I’ve been sitting on for a few years to pay tribute. Loved the movie, loved the show, and I’m looking forward to the new Baymax series that I hope continues the story in a fun way.

Teen Titans Valentine’s Day (Comic Redraw)
Held onto this one for a while so I could publish during the holiday, but I did a redraw of one of the earlier Teen Titans Go! comics from 2004 that was Valentine’s themed and personally speaking I did not think the art was very well done.
So I dipped my toe in yet again to do my own version that I hope it a little more on par with the series’ designs.
