Choose kindness. It’s not always the easiest thing to do and it’s almost always a conscious choice for me because out of all the actions and reactions I can do and do, I need to remind myself to always choose the kind thing to do.

I was doing @stefankunz’s first assignment for his new Procreate course (a simple two-word quote) and after submitting it, I felt like doing more with the canvas and uh… got carried away? Oops. At least I kept it to two words. If not it’d have been “Always choose kindness”.

Kindness. Just saying the word—such warmth in its enunciation—draws a smile. Equal parts curiosity, integrity, inclusivity, and intentionality, it’s truly the most underrated behavior of all these days. We need to broach cultivation and dissemination of this behavior—and really, virtue and value—so much more in our communities, workplaces, and schools.

Never underestimate its potential impact on the lives of people both within and outside of your bubble.
