How many times have you used markers in a coloring book and the paper was so cheap it created a hole in the page? Too often!!
The paper in our books is great quality. It holds up really well to water colors and intense markers!! Check out the above video to see how many coats we gave the page and there was no damage to the paper.
We do recommend using something between pages if you are using water colors or strong markers to make sure theres no bleed to the page underneath. (construction paper, a plastic folder, cardboard, newspaper)
You can order any number of books, any combination, and they ship WORLDWIDE.
We are only accepting PayPal payments because they take the least amount out of the donation and do not hold portions of the funds like other fundraising platforms.
There are bulk discounts so check out “promotions” in the shop. (The discounts aren’t that great because we are raising money for charity but we tried.)
If you order a PDF it will give you instructions to email us and then we will send you the PDF of all three books once we start mailing the physical copies out in May.
There is the option to donate a book back to the event. If a creator of the book or a fan cannot afford a book, we have created a program to gift one to them. Thank you!

New Arrivals: First Edition of THE GAY COLORING BOOK [Washington, DC: Guild Press, 1964].
Extremely uncommon pre-Stonewall celebration of gayness, featuring a protagonist named Percy (“color me gay”) and his assortment of friends, all representing various iterations of gay stereotype from fey to femme to rough-trade. The final, poignant panel depicts Percy in an army uniform and is captioned: “My name is Percy. / Color me drafted.” Though riddled with what would in time come to be considered offensive stereotypes, it is inconceivable that this coloring book could have been produced for anything other than the gay market; it is full of inside jokes - bath houses, cruise bars, and sugar daddies - that would have been lost on the uninitiated reader of the era. We thus imagine the market to have been resultingly tiny, a supposition reflected in the lack of any evidence of this title in commerce and the presence of only five copies in institutional collections (per OCLC, as of 2016).
