Hey! We hope everyone had a great time at Prom 2021 last weekend, ‘cause we certainly did. As the furor dies down and the last of the confetti is swept up from the Snail by a small army of extremely well-paid Idyllshire goblins (because Event Coordinator Rastirah is technically still the janitor and she isn’t sweeping shit if she has access to the expense account), we’d like to thank everyone who showed up for being just absolutely amazing and say we’re looking forward to doing it again next year!

We here at Crescent would also like to thank our partners at @drunkenmoogleand@redlanterns-ffxiv, who did a wonderful job with their parts of the evening, our brilliant performers @savothesewercatand@luckysparrowffxiv, who (as always) livened up the night immensely in our first annual Prom concert, and Zhuzhuli Zhuli, our incredible Crescent house photographer who handled all our (and your!) picture-taking needs with their typical skill (and adorableness).

Princess Prom Music
Dive deep into fairytale prom music with us OOC! Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control (RIP again plug.dj) we won’t be able to do our usual open queue, but thankfully our lovely DJ @ser-rex is hard at work.

The Faerie Courts
This year we’ll be doing a new twist on our usual costume contest, featuring the lovely kings of the oh-so-benevolent Seelie and clearly-treacherous Unseelie fae courts! Theme your costume to the seasons, choose your allegiance and the most stylish among you might be chosen as the knights and champions of your king!

The Seelie King’s Boon
Has an Unseelie bit of mischief left you bereft of company?
Your fair maiden or knight a bit of a toad?
The Seelie King favors the brave who leave home -
The good and the kind need not be alone!

This is super late, but prom went off stunningly, and we have all of you to thank for it! We’d like to thank all of our partners and performers for being amazing, and all of you who came and hopefully had as great a time being here as we did running it, and all of our regulars who come out year after year to support us for also being just the absolute best we love you mwah.
