Today at Barnes and Noble, I saw a little Asian girl with glasses run up to a register clutching her new Harry Potter book. She proceeded to pay with some bills and a tupperware full of coins, and she started reading the book immediately as her mom guided her out.
It felt like I went back in time and I was watching myself do the exact same thing sixteen years ago for Goblet of Fire.
I teared up a little bit.
