relistening to s5 for the first time since it ended and I got so much more emotional over the Basira Daisy climax in 179. Like I remember being nervous and that feeling during those types of scenes in s5 but I don’t think the emotional part really hit me. I remember so much lead up to 179 was would Basira be able to kill Daisy or would Jon.
This time around hearing Basira plead with Daisy to come back, Daisy calling her to join the Hunt. It hit so much harder. Maybe because this relisten (5th overall but 1st for s5) I started liking Daisy more even s4. I remember thinking after 200 that Basira was the only one of the 3 main partners/ships to not end up with her partner in some way. Yeah she has Melanie and Georgie but that’s not the same.
I didn’t like Basira in s5 but still, 179 hit a lot harder this time.
never usually find myself having the attention span to draw like character lineups so i thought id give it a try! (i aimed for what everyone would look like approximately in s3)
