So about a year ago. my Character Cass finally went back to his home after his kidnapping, only to have the few people in town he knows get violently murdered or bleeding out, (literally the same day about an hour after he met up with them.) Being a Divine Soul Sorcerer Cass Raced to bring the people he knew back, and the one person Cass managed to keep alive ran out and grabbed a Kelemvor cleric named Elric. He helped bring Cass’s Family friends back to life.
Afterward, he went to the old man’s home around 7 pm where the old man yelled at his god Kelemvor about the very clear sign to help this child out he dropped on his doorstep.
Over the course of the year, the two have gotten very close. Cass sees Elric as a Grandfather and Has become very attached to the cleric.
He is the best NPC in our campaign, he has basically lived his whole life where only he can see Kelemvor and is constantly having a very loud one-sided conversation.
once my Dm overslept and missed a Game where everyone else showed up. he felt bad and offered to give us anything. everyone else asked for small dumb things. I demanded a Unicorn.

Each of the frames are a piece of his story, the burning of his family Inn, the cage he kept in with only Inch sunlight for a few days of summer, his death at the hand of the Elder Brain, His Glow his Driftglobe, His pet Unicorn and Roc and the magic flying castle.
So my party has a power-hungry Wizard, haha what a rare bird we have, although Ours is an Emotional vampire who was drawn to our part after he encountered Cass who is an emotional wreck.
After Cass got a puppy for the 1st time Cass emotions were something other than despair, And for the Vampire It tasted wonderful for a moment only to be left with a bitter after taste. Some emotions are only meant for the young.
My parties paladin gets hit a lot, And my Sorcerer needs to heal him a lot.
My parties Paladin is also Aasimar, the Picture of a Heroic noble warrior Colyn is Brave strong and kicks a lot of Ass and has the soul of a cowboy in his sword that tells him to keep kicking ass. My Sorcerer does not like to get more than 5 feet away from him ever.
Cass sees Colyn as the luckiest son of a Bicth, who tends to have everything work out for him the very opposite of Cass life who everything terrible keeps happening to.
Strangely they both have the same view when it comes to life. ‘I shouldn’t plan that far ahead.’ Colyn just takes things as they come, And well Cass doesn’t believe he will make it to his 15th birthday.
Cass has become a very annoying little brother to Colyn.
