#drawing hands
Hey guys! I put together a collection of Milt Kahl hands that I found on the net (sources are below) – in a YouTube video of mine, I suggested using Milt Kahl has a reference for learning how to draw hands! Figured it’s only fair to share the references I found in case you wanted to do your own studies.

These are all great examples of how to handle things such as overlapping fingers, tension, and gesture! Make sure you reference the notes I made in the video if you find any of these to be challenging. I will also be coming back to this as my own source of reference, so feel free to bookmark this page as well!

Feet practice

I made a robot hand reference pack of 100 images for mecha artists. It’s 1 dollar to grab from my shop
I am aware that there are some imperfections in there. I aim to fix these in version 2.0 at some point

Hands animation practice a bit different from the other anatomy studies because they are pretty complicated with lots of things going on.
I only want to draw hands. Lemme wiggle them digits. Lemme finagle them falanges. Can’t leggo of them dedos.
THIS WEEK!!! HANDS!!! I know, they are so hard!!! And I really doubt I’ll get them right in a week, but I know that if I work hard enough I may finally find a way to understand the basic structure… well, a more useful one than this one!
