Leventilo Desk Fab by Elodie Delassus

The French designer at Philips, Elodie Delassus created this Leventilo called desk fan. The goal was to emphasize the blades. Therefore they are designed as large as possible so that it seems they actively push the air into your direction. to keep this effect the protecting mesh is designed to impact the effect as little as possible.

Stool by Heitor Lobo Campos

The Brasilian designer Heitor Lobo Campos combined a sleek metal wire frame with a fluffy cushion for this concept stoolrendering.

Bolita Lamp by Kaschkasch

The Cologne, Germany based design duo Florian Kalölus and Sebastian Schneider of the Kaschkasch studio created the Bolita lamp with the idea of emphazising the gesture of touching an object to interact with it. The result is this spherical table lamp that is switched or dimmed by sliding the opaque white glas over its base with an integrated sensor. The lamp is being produced by Marset.

Lyra Chaise Lounge by @andreasengesvik⠀ .⠀ Once the chaise lounge was a standard item in every well-equipped living room, but in the modern area, it became forgotten. So the Norwegian designer Andreas Engesvik aimed to change this and did a modern take on this comfortable, wide chair with raised leg support. The Swedish furniture company @fogiacollection is doing the producing part in the Lyra project.⠀

The Kite Chair by Nendo

In the search for a comfortable chair with a small footprint for common spaces, that doesn’t compromise on back rest, the Japanese designer Nendo made use of the shape of kite seats to create the Kite series of four comfortable chairs.

Shave Bench by Atelier Cedric Breisacher

TheShave bench is the latest item of a series of furniture piececs, that aim do be as minimalistic as a child would draw. The Bench is hand carved by the French designer and skulptor Cedric Breisacher. It is made of French Oak wood with the appearance of being made out of a single piece of lumber.

Aura Nightlight by Sofia von Hauske

Aura is a nightlight concept, designed with children in mind. The Mexico raised and New York based designer Sofia von Hauske created this little lamp with it’s soft and warm glow to provide not only some light to leave the bed, but also to provide the child with a secure feeling. The goal of the house shape is to remind  the child it is not alone, and embrace a comforting feeling like we have when we come home in the night and see some light through the windows.

Astra Chair by Mauricio Sanin

The Colombian designer Mauricio Sanin came up with the Astra chair concept with the idea in mind for a comfortable chair that allows for long times of comfortable sitting. We can imagine sitting in it during a long dinner night with friends for hours and hours.

A-part Bench by Loukas Chondros and Oxymoro Design

Challenging times can spark new ideas. Inspired by todays opposing needs for physical distance and social closeness, the Greek designer Loukas Chondros together with Oxymoro Design, created this A-part called bench. this wooden piece of seating furniture is designed to be modified for the apropriate seating distance while giving the user the opportunity to have sit on a ebnch with a friend and have a conversation.

The Sound Tool Speaker by Ben Lorimore

The goal behind this speaker concept of Ben Lorimore, a graduate student at Western Washington University, was to create a physical representation of music, that is playful and warm in haptic to interact with. The volume level of the music is intuitively regulated by stretching or squeezing the speaker. To distribute the music evenly when the Sound Tool is in a stretched state, it consists of multiple planar speakers, that are mounted on a scissor mechanism.

Chrono lamp by ecl studio

TheChrono lamp concept by the ecl studio plays with the circadian rhythm to reflect the light in a soft way.

m.OnA stool and Bench by Ilona van den Bergh

The Belgian ceramic Artist Ilona van den Bergh created this m.OnA called set of prototypes of a bench and a stool that is inspired by ONA Ceramic series.

Orto 53 shelf by Zweithaler

The Austrian, Graz based design and Architecture studio Zweithaler created this Orto 53 shelf as a follow-up project of the idea to conect horizontal boards by skewed poles, which they tested in earlyier art and concept projects. This beech and MDF wood shelf is going to be produced by Mutamo and will be followed by a larger version.

NEWTIME 2.1 by Remi van Oers

The Dutch designer Remi van Oers and his time have dedicated their efforts on perfecting minimalistic design. The NEWTIME 2.1 desk clock is an even more minimalistic refined design of the NEWTIME 2.0 clock. This version takes the haptic and quality expreience to the next level. The case is made of anodised aliuminium and the clock levels its selve even without its stand.

Wired Cabinet by Lennart Laurent

This delicatly structured cabinet is inspired by the techniques of cable netting. The wires are are conected in a way that gives the structure strength. The Dutch brothers Lennart and Laurent Leerdam are the founders of the design studio Lennart Laurent and created this cabinet, which is made as a small unit that can be stacked and arranged to create larger structures. Wired is either available with maple wood or black HDF.

Beret stool by Samuel Wilkinson Studio

Beret is a stool that was created with the idea do merge a very minimalistic geometrical approach with a comfortable user experience. The British Design studio of Samuel Wilkinson achieved this goal by giving the plywood a 3-dimensional shape. the front smoothly bends down to allow for a soft leaning experience while the back bends upwards to support for a safe seat. This stool is a design, that is being produced by the Italian design furniture company Crassevig.

Notes Shelves by Julien Renault Objects

Notes is a set of three shelves with the lengths of 30, 60 and 90 cm. This allows for a beautiful arrangement that sanitizes of music or morse code rhythms. The curves at the ends resemble the serif of a font. This minimalistic design is a creation of the Brussels, Belgium based designer Julien Renault and is being produced from Oak or Walnut wood by the Belgian wood furniture manufacturer Cruso.

Face Up To Time Clock by Liang Nan

We often get distracted by looking at the time. The Face Up To Time desk clock with the convenient time face of a wristwatch can be tilted to your desired angle to be perfectly facing you. It is a concept by the Chinese designer Liang Nan.

Charred Lamps by Ash & Plumb

The two Brighton, UK based Designers, and makers Barnaby Ash and Dru Plumb came together with the passion to honor the appearance of natural materials. so they decided to craft classically formed pieces like these lamps and combine them with natural materials like different kinds of wood in a way that displays the beauty of the character of the material. in this case three beautifully charred lamps.

Water Lily Desk by Jonas Lyndby Jensen Design

The Danish designer Jonas Lyndby Jensen Extended his beautiful Water Lily series. The desk and bench join the stool and the sideboard in the collection.

The shape of the top of the Water Lily desk is beautifully carved from a single piece of wood. The tabletop is bordered by an elegant edge that faces upward at the sides and the back of the desk, keeping items from rolling off the table. At the front, the edge faces downward, forming a smooth round shape, comforting your arms when they rest at the end of the surface. Together these delicate lines result in a nice minimalistic design with some smooth and eye-catching details.

The accompanying bench takes the characteristic shapes to offer a comforting place to sit.
