Would love to see some progress photos. Be someone else’s inspiration.

Here are my current stats and goals as of Saturday, 2-16-2019:

Current weight: 201.4 pounds

Starting Goal: Stay under 1800 calories a day until I’m under 190. Then we’ll go from there.

2019 Goal: 160 pounds,with a round ass that makes men want to fuck.

How we get there…

Eat only between noon and 8 pm.

Workout 6 days a week. 50% cardio, 50% resistance.

Eat .5 pounds of something green every day. (Salad,  broccoli, brussels, green beans, whatever)

Eat .5 of lean protein a day. Fish, chicken, beef, eggs, doesn’t matter.

2 Whey + Fiber Shakes a day.

Coffee with a splash of half and half daily.

Lots of water, fine with BCAAs or electrolyte tabs.

No sugar. No grains.

Rewards: I get to have an orgasm for every pound loss. Next cum will be when I’m under 200.

When I’m under 190, I will get dressed up and go on an outing. Maybe even with a friend. 

Punishments: When I gain any weight from the morning weigh-in, I have to do another hour on the elliptical treadmill. 

Okay! Let’s get skinny!
