I never ever nap, too manic for all that noise… unless I’m really really really tired and today is one of those days. I’ve been going at it hardcover for weeks now without a break. Constant filming, editing, shooting, managing my ever growing online business and I’m just DEAD TIRED (finally). When you’re bipolar and you hit that manic mode, hit it hard and stay productive, but don’t forget to rest gotta take advantage of the mania before the depression inevitably hits you again. FYI most of my posts are motivational not a negative perception! I say this because so many go “awwww I think you’re perfect” or something similar. I’m an uplifting person not a negative Nancy. Sure I have all the same struggles that other women like me have, and beauty does NOT relieve that dysphoria, but I’m not a complainer

I often wish I had smaller calves… and thighs, but that’s genetics! My mom has built legs and so does her dad but neither have ever worked out enough (if at all) to grow muscle. Sometimes we’re just as we are and we have to get over it oh and I’ve NEVER worked out my calves consistently. That’s just how they are ♀️

Sometimes a simple selfie will do. I’ve come out of the bipolar depression phase and now it’s into mania! do I look manic? Cause I’m manic AF right now. It means I can get a lot of sh!t done though. Smoking helps and that’s what I’m doing right now which is why this sentence will be a run on sentence with no commas and no backpacking…. Backspacing I mean. Monday is quickly approaching and multiple workout challenges are on the horizon. One of the biggest mistakes people make when seeking a healthier life style is forgetting to hydrate. Staying hydrated is the MOST effective way to reach optimal health! My sister and I are doing the gallon challenge every day. Yes it is more water then the daily recommended amount. Yes, you will be running to the bathroom more during the day. Yes, at first you will feel bloated. But then….. your digestive system will function better…your skin will clear…you’ll feel more energetic…headaches? See ya!
