I’m joined by Grammy-nominated music video and short film director David Wilson (Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire, Arctic Monkeys, M83, Tame Impala, Metronomy) to talk with me about Andrew Fleming’s teen witch drama The Craft. The movie was released in 1996 and stars Robin Tunney, Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell, Rachel True, Skeet Ulrich, and Christine Taylor.
I couldn’t miss this year’s celebration of the release of 1996’s “The Craft”-it’s still one of my fave movies to this day!
So technically, YESTERDAY, May 3rd was the 25th Anniversary of the day “The Craft” was released in theaters and I missed it! So bind me from doing harm arready…
I have to take a moment as a fan of the film and say how much of a shock this was back in the 90’s to have such a BADASS teen flick (I was in college) come out and shake up my world.
The performances, the thrills, the music, the LOOK of it all! I was in LOVEEEE!
