Week 12 nearly complete of Operation Get in shape! I feel fantastic. I’m easily in the best shape I have been since I was 18. I’m floating around 125-130lbs, but I don’t check the scale often. For me this is more about the way I feel and the changes I have seen on the outside! I am determined to keep this up for the rest of my life.
