Fun with baking today!

I love tweaking my ingredients from day to day depending on what the dough feels like. Today, I used less flour and splashed some extra water in while I was mixing. After rising for 8 hours inside, this delicious snack is all mine!

Sweet tooth satisfied! Here’s my homemade from scratch sweet potato bread/cake. I topped it with fresh creme cheese icing with a little lemon zest.

A busy day in the kitchen today! Prepped for tomorrow’s Easter feast, made fresh blueberry and lemon muffins for breakfast, some gorgeous Italian bread and chicken and rice soup with homemade stock after cleansing and purifying my kitchen space!
