Monday is quickly approaching and multiple workout challenges are on the horizon. One of the biggest mistakes people make when seeking a healthier life style is forgetting to hydrate. Staying hydrated is the MOST effective way to reach optimal health! My sister and I are doing the gallon challenge every day. Yes it is more water then the daily recommended amount. Yes, you will be running to the bathroom more during the day. Yes, at first you will feel bloated. But then….. your digestive system will function better…your skin will clear…you’ll feel more energetic…headaches? See ya!
