april 11 + 12, 2019

two very good days, writing essays in my favourite cafe and the best picture of me (with the pink and purple hair) at the environment march in london

Trying to revise for long periods of time in a levels is so much harder than gcse because i can’t switch between 11 different subjects in 8 hours im just sat there for 4 hours flipping through the same 3 chemistry chapters because that’s all we’ve done

Tips for exam season

- bring a water bottle in a exam hall. It has been siecenifcally shown that this dose help. Remeber to drink around 250ml (half a small water bottle) every 15 minuets so you don’t need to pee all the time (your body absorbs around 1 litere an hour).

- Reward yourselves with tasty treats when you revise

- make sure you eat breakfast. So great and tasty ideas are eggs and toast and and fruit cereal. They are slow release food so you will have engery all day

-pack a tasty lunch to look forward too after your exams.

-Take brakes and dont revise past a certain time at night (say ten o'clock)

- motivate yourself by planning something fun to do over summer. (If you are broke like me consider signing up for NCS)

- sleep more than eight hours. Your body will be tried after all those exams. Make sure you get lots of sleep and go to sleep and wake up about the same time everyday.

- Hang out with friends and family. Dont shut yourself off from everyone.

-remeber you can always resit nearly every subject and things always have a.way of working out eventually.

- keep on top of personal hygiene. Take a hot bath at least once a week to distress.

-ask for help when you need it. Dont let yourself let it all build up inside then explode.
