A concept I’d love to explore more is the idea that N was the king who was Reshiram’s original trainer in a past life, and Hilbert was his knight. N won against his brother and Zekrom, but the brother grew bitter and corrupted after defeat and his revenge was brutal.
This is the only kind of Sad Ending you’ll ever see me draw with these two btw, because the whole idea is that they find happiness in their later/present lives SO IT’S FINE… eventually… ;u;
