Ghana’s award-winning Afrobeats star, Sarkodie took to the Dubai desert yesterday, making him the first African artist to host a full concert in the UAE desert, made possible by CEEK, an award-winning developer of premium social virtual and augmented reality experiences, offering users to experience those ‘money can’t buy moments’.
Sarkodietook to the desert under beaming sunlight, opening with ‘Illuminati’, leading into ‘Rollies and Cigars’, he continued his charged performances, right through to finishing with ‘Adonai’ which is taken off of his Sarkologyalbum.
Known for rapping in his native language, Twi, Sarkodie is considered a multifaceted rapper, his music has over 200 million streams and has earned him over 100 awards such as the first winner of BET’S Best International Flow in 2019, Vodafone Ghana Music Award for ‘Artist of The Decade’, he was also honoured by the Afrobeats Music Awards for his outstanding contribution to the growth and development of African music globally.
CEEK are ushering in a new era of entertainment, with a mission to empower creators with the tools needed to generate new revenue streams. With the virtual reality headset CEEK simulates the communal experience of attending a concert without leaving the comfort of your home. Overall it is enjoyable and very entertaining. It hasn’t aged well due to the poor quality production which in turn makes the album sound quite dated. Ol’ Dirty Bastard will either win you over with his loud, abrasive and raspy voice or he will turn you off with his crude sense of humor. Return To The 36 Chambers deserves a listen even for those who are not fans of the first wave of Wu-tang solo albums as it is the most unique and the most original.

- nail-in-the-wall [14.10.19] (Lovely is my favourite way to describe my best friend Ebbs. So that’s why I’ve added “Amabilia Refluit” which means “Lovely Ebbs” in Latin to this poem. I always write a quote/poem the five days after he releases his latest song and tell people to listen to it cos I like him and I like doing it! I genuinely love him and all his music! Anyway, it’s on all the usual streaming places and is called Breathe by Seb. Please have a listen! You’ll love it!

No intro needed, teen pop sensation Justin Beiber pretty much did it again. I tell ya one thing Justin done grew up. Drake and Chris brown rubbing on him as far as sound.
I absolutely love this song, he came in and instead of a pop or techno type sound he kept it kinda R&B'ish. Sounds like something Drake would have mad himself. Check it Out.
