Oooooh-weee! The Mocha Mezcal Dessert Cocktail is here and it is WONDERFUL! Super easy to make, and I even included a hot version for those of you that can’t handle iced drinks in the winter. This drink is a lil’ smoky, spiced, sweet, and smooooth.

It’s Thirsty Thursday! How about a French 75?
INGREDIENTS
2oz Champagne
1oz Gin
0.5oz Lemon juice
2 dashes Simple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine gin, syrup & lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously & strain into chilled champagne flutes, top with Champagne and stir gently.
