She also calls him a bootlicker. In a subtle sort of way, but it obviously hits him like a freight train given how he acts after getting her letter. Like imagine thinking you’re a cool, rebellious dude living on the margins of society, and then this lady sends you a letter basically saying “what are you, a cop?”
