The final quest was a bit average and both Regalla and the Zeniths could have been utilised better, but overall I’m very impressed by the quality of the quests. I was also really glad to see that there wasn’t a reset to before the final mission this time, I spent the whole credits hoping for that.
I really liked Fashav! It made me so sad when he had to get killed off T_T The guy made such an impact despite only being in the game for like 5 mins. I like to believe him and Kotallo became friends during their years as Marshals together, having good conversations and exchanging stories of their cultures and past over a game of Machine Strike or a good drink.

I looove this. The fact that they didn’t recognize each other during this battle, despite them both being major figures during the battle, makes me think that there must have been just a TON of Tenakth warriors present during this battle. Like, so many warriors that they didn’t notice each other – particularly that Kotallo didn’t notice a handful of Utaru standing out among his comrades. Can you imagine just a huge mass of Tenakth coming through Barren Light like that? No wonder the Carja guards at the gates are trembling in their boots at the thought of the Embassy!
This is what happens when I can’t choose a filter. I actually have more. Because there’s also changing the time of day to see what gives. Also changing the percentage of the filter. At least there’s no poses to try, here. Or expressions. Or face paints. And that’s after deciding framing and orientation. And then I end up with thousands of versions of the same pic. This is ridiculous.

I’m not telling you where tho. Just look around in main story missions, you’ll know when, you’ll know where, you’ll see it. You’ll see a lot of things on that mission, and you’ll also not see a lot of things and maybe be grateful you didn’t xD (opinions vary on that)
In HZD, I remember griping to myself that the stalker’s dart gun wasn’t detachable and thinking that maybe it was because it would be a little bit too OP to use it.
Well, now it IS detachable and despite having touched one once, I still haven’t tried one yet, to see what kind of damage it does, even tho I virtually finished the game already.
I really should try it once before I’m done with the Platinum and (hopefully 100%ing the game… dammit, last Gauntlet Run…) but I hate stalkers so much that I just don’t want to go near them unless I really have to (T_T)
Also, is it just me or they made them extra transparent this time around ??
Night of the Tiderippers or That Time I Managed to Aggro 3 at the Same Time.

It’s really funny to me that the place where you can find the most Tiderippers isn’t in the sea.
That whole water body south of the map is absolutely rife with them. Like, I was minding my own business gliding over there with Cunégonde and suddenly, I aggro one, then two… then a THIRD one ! xD
They were all after me while I was gliding over their head, making them mad, laughing at how they tried ineffectively to shoot me down. Hilarious.
I really didn’t think that the 3 of them would join and come after me. They were REALLY mad that I was flying overhead xD
*Tideripper attack music is playing*, HOW VERY DARE YOU ??? At least let yourself be shot down ! … Why are those cannons shooting so low ?? GET HER !!

One word of caution : if you fly low enough, the cannons will get you, but neither your Sunwing or you register damage. (At least that what happened for me). I only realized Cunégonde was on her last sliver of life once I landed and scanned her. (T_T) Aloy didn’t have any damage, tho.
