It feels a little surreal looking at the progression and I can see the distinct design breaks in the years as skills and aesthetics have been refined.

I hope you guys are having a great day. ✨ Here’s another picture taken by the great @brunobalmokoun . I like this picture a lot because I think it really reflects a big part of my personality. (Ahaha he told me to look mean to get that expression but I think I just look like me. I am not an actress ) I am an introvert but also a very emphatic person. I had a very strict education and I have always been told to make people comfortable. Because of that I pass as nice and patient, though I am not sure this is accurate. I am quite transparent though (so if I don’t like you, you’ll still know). I often wish I could just be a forest nymph so that I could be peaceful with all my sisters. We could just pick fruits from the trees and just have space for imagination and love far away from ego problems and human non-sense. What mythological creature do you identify to?

Loving this @elfzhoulondon incredible creation. This has been a very interesting experience and I loved meeting people from all over the world. Somehow even with all our differences it’s kind of magical how we can relate to each other. Safely back home in Ohio after the @darksomecraftmkt at the @mountmoriahcemetery I had such a lovely time! Thank you so much to @cabinetofcuriousclay for all your hard work organizing and to everyone who came out to shop and say hello!
Now I’m working hard on some last pieces for the @salemnightfaire next weekend! I cannot wait to visit Salem and see all the other lovely vendors at the Faire! @voodooodolly and I will be there together along with @thorns_clothing
I’m printing a few market exclusive pieces along with the very last run of my Halo hats and Witch hats. I’ve decided to retire them after this market for good. I’m also bringing Salome crop tops, Hel dresses and the newly finished Gruoch skirts (formerly the War skirt now renamed after Gruoch ingen Boite Queen of Alba and wife of Macbeth) if you’re around the Salem/Boston area stop by and say hello! I’m getting ready for the next update on the 24th at 8pm est!
This past month was so hectic, but we’re back on track now! This next update will have a quite a few pieces in it! White linen Göndul dresses, black mesh Bise dresses and black linen Bise dresses! I don’t want June to end. Every year I’m overjoyed to see the outpouring of pride and support in the queer community. I learned about the 17th century Nun and poet Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz thanks to the Hellfire Club hosted by @mr_s_crane on Patreon. If you’re interested in queer history and magic and how they intertwine I highly recommend subscribing. This month Sebastian has been giving us daily vignettes about queer historical figures from across time. I’m especially grateful to discover people I’ve never read about before!

Well, today’s news is miserable as ever. Expect a relaunch of the Noli Me Tangere collection soon to help fund the fight for abortion access.
And unrelated here’s a little Our Flag Means Death moment. Here another test version of the blouse style I’ve been working on! This one in handkerchief weight linen. I think there are just a few more little tweaks that need to be made before I finalize the pattern and send it off to @digit_patterns to be digitized and graded into all the sizes.
How do you feel about the ruffles at the cuffs? I think they could be just a teeny bit shorter.
I dug through my costume drawer and found a surprisingly numerous collection of 18th century inspired menswear. A lot of them come from early versions of the Charley Vest made for various events in Nyc. I’m reworking that pattern a bit (and adding pockets) before bringing it back!

I’ll be doing a small drop of Natalie skirts this Friday. They are all wool in black or black and green stripes with hand tarnished buttons. I really like this as a style for the end of winter and the beginning of spring!
In other news the Linen Bise dresses are almost done. Because of shipping delays they’ve been set back a bit. Everyone waiting on their preorders will be getting an email from me soon with all the info. I appreciate everyone’s patience so much!
