Happy International Women’s Day from me and this babe @MarianMachismo dreamed up and recently inked on my leg.
Named after the great grandmother responsible for the arrival of my maternal lineage in Australia, She reminds me of the incredible women around me that have been brought so much more in to my focus these difficult past few months and I couldn’t be more thankful for it.
Seeing my female family, friends (and idols on here) juggle loves, losses, businesses, jobs, hobbies, ill health, houses, travel or rearing children head on, taking it in their stride and going right on killin it makes me feel stronger and more confident in my ability to survive and make something of my life.
For every hurdle you jump there’s someone, somewhere looking up to you, even if you don’t know it.
If we don’t see the women we aspire to be represented in society, we stop trying, or don’t know where to start so #BeBoldForChange and know that each personal hurdle you fly over, becomes part of all women’s greater success.
Shoutout to all my fave radical babes, you make earth a better place to be.
May we love together, lead together, succeed together.
