Al-Bukhari reported in his Sahih that Abu Said Al-Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) told the companions: “Are you not able to read a third of the Qur'an in one night?” They found this very difficult and replied that nobody amongst us can do so. Then the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: “Allah, The One, the Self sufficient "Surah Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad equals a third of the Qur'an.”

Muslim also reported that Abu Al Darda narrated: “Say, He is Allah, The One, (Surah 112) equals a third of the Qur'an.” reported by Al-Thirmidhi, and Al- Albani classified it as an authentic Hadith.

Al-Mubarakpuri stated in Sharh Al-Thirmidhi that it could mean that whoever reads it 3 times is as if he reads the whole Qur'an.

✨ Ramadan is less than a month away. May Allah (swt.) let us reach this holy month. May Allah (swt.) make us steadfast and righteous Muslims and forgive us our past and future sins. May we in shaa Allah benefit greatly from the holy month, expand our knowledge and strengthen our Imaan. Ameen. –soulflowrs

‎اللهم اني اسالك الجنة

“Allahumma inni as’aluka al-jannah”

O Allah, I ask You for Paradise.

And Allah created the heavens and earth in truth and so that every soul may be recompensed for what it has earned, and they will not be wronged.

[Qur‘an 45:22]

It is said that when a Dua comes on the lips of a believer, it’s a sign that Allah wants to grant him that wish. So I pray that Allah swt. will reunite us in Jannah –forever. –soulflowrs

“i feel far from Allah ﷻ”

when we get tied up in the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, we often begin to feel disconnected from our spiritual selves. although salah is meant to keep us on track, we lack in perfecting our salah and our relationship with Allah ﷻ takes a hit.

that’s exactly what ramadan is for. it’s a time to wipe the slate clean. to reconnect with our Creator ﷻ. just because you don’t feel close to Allah ﷻ at the moment doesn’t mean you should feel discouraged about working on your relationship with your Lord. rather, find motivation in the fact that Allah ﷻ is more pleased with the repentance of a sinner than a man who’s camel returns to him after having been lost in an abandoned desert.

when a pious person calls out to Allah ﷻ, He responds, “I am present,” but when a sinner calls out to Allah ﷻ, He responds, “I am here, I am here, I am here.” Truly, Allah ﷻ is with you, even closer than the jugular veins that work to keep you alive.

place your hand over your heart. do you feel that? that’s proof of Allah ﷻ’s immense love for you. He’s given you an opportunity to repent. make use of it.

‏نسال الله التوفيق

The Blessed Month is at our doorstep! May this time be one of drawing close to Allah despite how far we might’ve been. May our efforts match our Love for our Creator. May He ﷻ accept us into His infinite love and mercy.

Ameen

When your intentions are pure, the goal is achieved so easily and miraculously that it leaves you in a daze. Despite the obstacles in your way, you continue down the path with such beauty and grace that it can only be understood as God’s special love and favor on you.

During the Months of Rajab and Sha'baan, Rasulullah ﷺ used to recite the following Dua:

اللهم بارك لنا في رجب وشعبان و بلغنا رمضان

Allahumma Baarik Lanaa Fee Rajaba Wa Sha'baana Wa Ballighnaa Ramadhaan

‘O Allah, make the month of Rajab and Sha'baan blessed for us, and let us reach the month of Ramadhaan (i.e. prolong our life up to Ramadhaan so that we may benefit from its merits & blessings).

The new moon of Shabaan has been sighted, alhumdulillah
