I know I said Id be painting Jack next and I am but I had to do something for Virmire appreciation week. Plus any viable excuse to do another Kaidan piece is too hard to resist.
Higanbana are usually red flowers, especially link to the underworld and the dead. Seeing such a pattern in blues is lovely. It would be an amazing wear during the smothering summer, as since the Edo period, it is the perfect time for any spooky story (cold sweat fending of the heat).
I wish more people would realize that Kaidan Alenko is dangerous. Not only because of the obvious raw biotic power. He’s a pragmatic soldier with a penchant for justice. He knows the line between mercy and still punishing a person even if they have a sob story because justice needs to be served.
Kaidan Alenko is dangerous because he’s really fucking good at what he does and a lot of people don’t see it behind warm whiskey eyes. What needs to get done will get done. Underestimation is the best weapon someone can have. They never see you coming.
