#kazuma
So. I bought clip studio paint and now I’m broke again (why are all these programs so expensive in my country? )
I drew this kazu with CSP, it took me almost 7 hours, that’s insane, I would’ve been able to do the same drawing in 3 hours on SAI. That just goes to say how much I do not know about CSP! Now it’s the start of a new journey for me digitally, I hope in a few months I’ll be able to learn the program and speed up the process, I’m very happy with the purchase and I hope I can make the most out it since I really payed a lot for this.
Anyway I missed drawing best boy so here he is, if you read up until this point hope you have a nice day!
A little something I’ve been working on for Kazuma Kval’s birthday today~ This drawing is connected to one I drew last year, in an AU where Ragna protects Kazuma from Terumi. I’ve always wanted to draw them cooking something together, with Ragna teaching him a handful of recipes. The dish portrayed here is lentejas! A typical Spanish stew with legumes, blood sausage, potato, and other things. Obviously Kazuma added a boiled egg to his plate cause he’s not going to not eat one, haha- Ragna smooches his head for a job well done :3
(Fun fact: Kazuma’s apron has a bunch of pockets for eggs! I can actually see him having one-)
This marks the second drawing of 2022! Hope you all are having a wonderful January ^^

Hiki/兆/Chiki
These pages are really doing things to my brain. Not only does Hiiro/Mizuchi look significantly older in both, but the page composition is nearly identical. Even Hiki on the first page with Yato and Rekki’s vessel form behind Kazuma on the second. The bubble of Yato and Hiiro letting go of one another where the “Look, Father” speech bubble is…. Is painfully symbolic as well.
It’s fascinating to think about just how long she and Kazuma’s character arcs have been bound to one another…. long before the snake curse. It makes me think of how the first kanji in Kazuma’s name, 兆, means omen and in the chapter 13,兆し, (this is the Japanese title for the chapter and it happens to use the same first kanji as is used in Kazuma’s name), Nora is the character who takes front and center on the chapter title page.
But, I also must comment on how the blood running from Mizuchi’s wound is identical to fathers wound from Yato.
Publication of physical drawings
Found this at the bottom of my Drafts. Can’t really remember the point I was making
