#little rant

the reason tht ppl hating on shadow and bone books or even the fandom ticks me off is bcuz, shadow and bone is a perfectly great book, with good world and character building showing themes different from books released at the time, but the reason ppl dont like it is bcuz the book tried to sell to an audience tht wantedthe villain to get the girl and the bad guy to ultimately win. Neither the author nor the fandom is at fault here.

I hate it so much when I see people saying “I feel so lonely and sad. I have no one.” When I literally see them hanging out everyday with their friends and having fun.

And I’m just sitting there alone, watching them having fun, while all I do is going to work or stay home all day, having no one to talk to because I have no fkn friends.

It makes me so sad to see other people living their best lives and complaining about small inconveniences. They have so many longtime friends who care for them, who they can trust, but they still have the strength to complain that they haven’t. When others don’t even have the luck they have…

Anyways

You know, for a Fandom that loves to point out the worst things about the main leads, how Chloe’s redemption was “botched”, and so much salt that it could fill a whole ocean, makes me wonder if any of you actually like a single character?

There seems to be a lot of complaints about every single person and yet everyone still watches this show!

So what is it Miraculous people? Do you like the characters within the universe or do you just dislike the whole universe? Cause if all you do is watch a show just to hate the characters, what’s the point in watching?

It’s like forcing yourself to enjoy a cake that’s terribly burnt.

I see most of the community is upset that the new dual unit is IroMado. I see a lot of you complaining about Iroha getting more alts and that this was a let down of an anniversary unit. Some of you were hoping that we would go Ali/Karin or Devil Homura instead.

All I can say is that what did you expect? This is the same company who pulled NA due to sales being low. The same company who capitalized on creating an English speaking magical girl for their NA audience to only make her speak Japanese despite being from America. The same company who creates girls like Kuro or Kuroe and do absolutely nothing with them.

I’m not saying to blame the creators since you still play the game regardless who gets added in. If you feel as if this anniversary feels disappointing due to your bingo chart of “who gets a new unit” not being fulfilled, then maybe it’s time to take a break. You have the option of bailing out now or taking a hiatus. More of some of the best girls are coming back like IroYachi, Ashley, and Uwasnaa, so pull them if you want!

There will be other anniversaries and other units to choose from. Although we have to understand that we might not get what we want. So don’t feel bad if Ali/Karin, MasaKoko, or Devil Homura never get made.

Let’s be happy that we get new girls added, new stories being told, new duo/trio units, and many other ways to blow our money.
