Okay, so after working through a timeline and sorting through when everyone is born and how everyone works around main events, I have a pretty solid list of ages. I’m still going to be working on making a thorough timeline, but the one I worked on today was just to get their ages sorted out. I’ll start designing everyone for this AU soon enough.
The ages I’m about to list are the ages that each character is at when they all know about each other, and everyone is either living with Bruce, living on their own, or living with other Guardians

anways just some designs n ideas!!! technically i kno matt n damian should also have an age difference, but i also like them being closer in age bc its fun.
for the shrike designs, the one on the left is mine and the one on the right my friend kit did!

terrys like? 8 and matts only a few months old
this also blends terrys batman beyond villians into gotham because i think they are so fun
anyways derek powers has warren mcginnis murdered, mary gets caught in the cross fire, terry sees it.
blah blah blah, bio dad bruce, matt n terry r half brothers, terry finds out abt batman and takes matters into his own hand.
he unintentionally creates blight when trying to be an 8 yro murderer.
creates shrike bc idk its fun. specifically the shrike suit is based off the great grey shrike.
but terrys shrike for a long time, hes like 16 when duke comes to live with them after his parents are joker gassed. 17 when damian comes to live with them.
stuff happens with terminal hurting max and his friend charlie getting mutated and terrys like ‘i need to go soul searching brb’ and leaves damian the shrike name.
max was batgirl for a while until stuff w/ terminal, which i combined to be similar to the whole kobra cult thing in bb. its comics logic idk
i havent really thought of much other than terrys entire run as shrike bc he was for 10 years. i wanna think more abt dukes involvement and how he interacts w/ his brothers (v close with damian and matt, is a very good big brother to tim cass and jason)
i think after jason dies damian ends up going to blud to cool down for a bit, and terry kind of forcibly benches bruce and takes on batman for a little while. but! idk! i keep seeing stuff from other ppls rev robins aus and i dont wanna unintentionally take those ideas.
