How many books did you manage to read in October and which one did you enjoy the most? ❤

I actually had a really good reading month even though I had a lot to do for uni This month I managed to read 8 books with a total of 3,070 pages and on average I gave them 3.125 stars ☺ (2 of those books were eBooks and aren’t included in this picture.)

How many books have you already managed to read this month?

I know this isn’t the best picture but it’s one of the last ones I still had one my phone and I currently just don’t have any free time to take new pictures but this is my #octobertbr which i put together at the beginning of this month. So far I’ve read 4 out of the 5 books and the only one I still have to read is ‘caraval’ ☺ I also read 'with a twist’ by Staci Hart last week and am currently reading 'Love, in English’ by @authorhalle Considering that I currently only have time to read in the evenings before going to bed and on sundays, I’m really happy with how much I’ve managed to read so far this month ☺

Can you spot any of your favorite books?

Apparently this is what I understand as putting myself on a book buying ban … this is my bookhaul from the last 4 to 5 weeks and by now I have to admit that my tbr shelves have definitely reached their capacity (aka I’m storing books on top of them and next to them) but to my defense, only 4 of these 12 books are new and the other 8 I got for ~25€ when I went on a little shopping spree at a used book store. And out of the 4 new ones, I kinda got 2 for free because I had some bonus points that would’ve expired if I hadn’t used them for the books and the other 2 I got when they were on sale but buying books makes me happy and i needed some happiness over the past couple of months, so I don’t even know why I feel the need to defend myself right now anyway, my tbr has really gotten out of control by now (I have almost 100 physical books I haven’t read yet), so I decided to actually put myself on a mini book buying ban now. For every three books I read (rereads don’t count), I’ll allow myself to buy one book. I now have a word document for that and I’ll try my best to actually stick to my plan
