Platonic (or romantic, if u want) Dustbunny Headcanon
- It starts with Tomura and Miruko fighting and some reporter says how it’s filled with tension.
- Dabi finds it hilarious and whenever he’s in a fight, that he knows is being filmed, will make comments about it. At first Tomura is annoyed but he begins to find it funny and goes along with it.
- From there on it becomes a joke between Tomura and Miruko to flirt while fighting and the media eats it up.
- It slowly becomes something that makes the heros and villians bond since they’re all in on it and know it’s for good fun. It’s surprisingly soft and sort of connects the two different sides together with shared humour.
- There are definitely times they go to cafés together for the kicks (and because they enjoy the company - and Shigaraki enjoys the media attention since it lets him talk) and then proceeded to literally kick each other’s asses after the meal.

This actually was a rp I did with @half-baked-biscuit. It was honestly one of the best rps I ever did. Not only did I enjoyed it but she helped me with grammar and description, the dynamic was beautiful and clear. Both had strong quirks but one had more control over their quirk than the other, it was a long road and a lot of bonding and encouragement. But when one is willing to give their life to help another, they both will make it to the top and that’s exactly what Touya and Rumi did.
Rumi didn’t leave Touya in the dust, nor did she care about his appearance, she saw them as battlescars, something that he should be proud of. She explained to Touya that scars was a trophy of making out of a hard time, and it may not be a great reminder but she showed him how strong he actually was. She even took him to a lake where they practiced every day on his quirk, helping him to focus on where to push his energy, instead of forcing him to do it at once like his father did. She replaced his PTSD reminders with soft ginger words and touches. Before Touya knew it he was able to focus his flames into his hands not his entire body.
The picture above is actually the last scene I did with @half-baked-biscuit, it was a little emotional and of course angst was involved. Touya left Rumi for a second to get them a drink and while doing so a boy came over to Rumi and flirted with her to cause trouble, he even at the audacity to kiss her. While Touya was at the mini bar getting their drinks another boy was telling Touya that he was apparently not good enough for Rumi and pointed out that she was kissing another boy than Touya himself. All of Touyas confidence was drained including his love he built up for her. When he came forth to confuse to her and punched the boy with Rumi slamming the boy into the ground, Touya argued with her about the pain he felt. Rumi was angered by his words that he spit at her like venom and ended up slapping him. Touya was shocked by her action, then left the prom to the parking lot where he sat down on a bench thinking about what he said, while doing so Rumi walked outside to Touya with a glumy look and wanted them to be happy. They ended up apologizing to eachother and Touya teasingly asked her if he could have a dance with her. She says yes and that’s when the picture comes in. Boom the end :3
