At the moment I have to do a lot of writing and editing, so I have taken to leaving the office and coming to work down here in the library. It’s so serene and mostly empty. I love the way the light comes down between these shelves in the morning
Since yesterday I did not manage to review everything I wanted to study for my political institutions exam, today I decided to wake up a bit earlier. I normally wake up between 6.15 and 6.30, and today I woke at 6 so nothing too crazy. But I wanted to be able to start my studying session earlier without giving up on my morning routine. So I did everything normally, I read first thing in the morning while drinking my tea. Then I had an amazing journaling session, I decided I want to have specific monthly journal entries about my therapy sessions, so I wrote about that, what I have to check until next month, and I prepared small check in spaces that I will fill in each week until my next appointment. (I am having a lot of journaling ideas, so I might post a journal prompts post, so keep an eye out for that). I did study for my history of political institutions exam, which will be next week.

ooohmygod the llama mug! one of my coworkers at a previous job had one of those, i just had a sudden flashback to what feels like another life.
