Here’s some rescue dogs I’ve helped with since I’ve been gone
Boscoe, I’m not sure Min Pin mix? Small dog that’s been roaming Killeen, TX for a long time was finally trapped and is going to be adopted soon.
Kimber, one my biased pups. She came from a litter of puppies in rural Texas that was living under a mobile home of the owners. Kimber is a mix of multiple giant breeds and Husky, she’s getting larger still! She was adopted out privately by me on a foster to adoption basis. Her fur parents are amazing.

I got a new dog! She’s an actual terror, but love her anyway. Her name is Hoshi she’s a mix of a bit everything from the street and turned out fashionably a mess
Fun fact: She had almost no fur when I got her and they were feeding her a pack of Hawaiian rolls
Lumi and Nimbus, have been transported to NJ and were adopted from Northstar yesterday
Adopted as a pair so are staying together

Small update, Lumi and Nimbus have a foster now ❤️
Lumi has a severe stage of whipworms and has been boarding at the vets because she has to be monitored. She’s otherwise pretty happy despite it all? She’s 35 pounds only, she’s got a lot of weight to gain
Nimbus is the opposite, he’s perfect okay and only needs a bit of weight on him. Just a few whipworms and he’s 50 pounds
Two Pyrenees mixes and a Siamese I’m trying to find fosters for
Texas is so flooded with animals it’s a struggle
Siamese is adoptable or rescue though, dogs have rescue backing already

Weekend full of Labs, with lots of mind full of food and barking for said food
New puppy at work for boarding and train, Lab mix
But honestly, Roxy has such a wonderful temperament that’s unteachable to many dogs
She should be an easy dog to teach basic manners and get her table surfing under control. Which is nothing unusual for past strays
Roxy knows what dogs to interact with and avoid if they give signs to not approach. Knows how to calmly relax inside. Such a great off and on switch already. Her owner should be proud of owning this gem

He got neutered two days!! Hopefully his anxiety starts going down a bit more, I would hate to have start him on anxiety meds this young But he has some self hurting anxiety like chewing his nails to nothing and I got nothing on how to stop that without a lot of training. Which I currently don’t have the money to fund because paychecks been cut by a lot this summer
After two weeks of being neutered I’ll probably get him temperament tested by a local trainer and give the results to the rescue. But he should pass fine, he’s been great with dogs. No aggression at all
Cyrus, I absolutely love him
He’s one the dogs used to introduce to new dogs. Never would he try to start a fight, he’s a baby and does not like dog play but is a social butterfly
