It has been a supremely long time since my last update! My apologies. This is an outfit I wore way back in July (in fact, the day after the last outfit I posted)! I have a lot of catching up to do thanks to school. Thank you all for your support!
So I am SUPER thankful that my photo has been getting popular and making the rounds on Tumblr as an example of Mahou-kei–I am really flattered, but I’ve had about 5-6 people at A-Kon telling me they’ve been seeing it posted around and I’ve been totally unaware. I’m going to start reblogging posts using my photos without credit as a result just to let people know that “hey, I’m here!” Haha.

I’m sorry I’ve been so quiet on Tumblr! I’m much more active on Instagram and Facebook and I just haven’t had as much of a reason to use this account.
Just a quick update though: my exams will be starting next week, but last weekend I went to MegaCon and joined an awesome ME!ME!ME! cosplay group and wore a sweet nurse lolita coordinate on Sunday. =) Let me know if you see me in any photos!
I think I’m going to re-wear the coordinate from Sunday to take some better photos of it because I couldn’t bring my nice camera along this time.

My Sunday outfit for Anime Expo and the Little Tokyo Japan Fashion Walk that was filmed by Kawaii International! I really had no idea what I was going to wear until earlier that week, and decided to make a super over-the-top mori-girl/cult party-kei hybrid outfit. I hope you enjoy the look, I had a lot of fun wearing it!

Finally getting to one of my favourite coordinates ever~ I wanted to add some Sailor Moon flair to it since it was Sailor Moon Day that day. It was sooo comfy to wear, perfect for a busy Friday at Anime Expo. Check it out, the back of the jacket says “Day Dream” on it to go with Daydream Carnival! v v v v

I had the wonderful opportunity to attend a lavender festival while I was in California this summer. It was an incredibly hot day, but I had so much fun decorating my hat with bundles of lavender and taking photos among the beautiful bushes.

EGL is doing their “Ita to Lolita” theme, so for the heck of it I started digging through an ancient Photobucket!! I arranged outfits from late 2008 to early 2010 that were taken close to a year or exactly a year apart. 1st photo in the 2nd row was my first Loli-Valentine I’ve ever received! I feel nostalgic looking back at all this—and also proud that I improved so much over a year.

I was able to attend Fairytale Boutique’s second anniversary event—which was a total blast!! I was lucky enough to be chosen as the night’s coordinate contest winner—which was super exciting! It was the first time I had ever won anything like that. *A* I miss California so much! I’ve more or less wanted to wear some variation of this jacket + one-piece combination for years—even before I finally acquired Magical Etoile! So happy it was well-received.

Went to see Godzilla a few months back in my “Disney Channel star” disguise. It was a fun time—I was incredibly happy with the movie and the directing choices that were made.
With this wig and make-up, I feel like this is exactly how I would sneak around my fans in my Disney Channel TV show. I am addicted to that Kat Von D lip.

I went to visit a new comic book store that had opened relatively recently—so I wanted to coordinate my newest jumperskirt in a kind of “old-school meets weeaboo” way by emphasizing the tartan in the print and wearing Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure tights with it! It was fun a fun time, although I started to regret the shoe choice almost immediately.
It’s not quite lolita, I think it’s kind of otome? I should probably file this under “aomoji-kei.”

I went to the arcade on a rainy day with friends. We played rhythm games and got addicted to Rambo all over again. I also got to twin with a friend~
That day was incredibly fun!! I have a bunch of super goofy photos of us playing video games and posing dramatically with guns. I can’t wait to see my friends in Florida again!

Strange folk with very little care for music.(byAvina ★彡)
This was an incredibly simple coordinate to attend a potluck with friends! We ended up playing a bunch of Sportsfriends, so it was really entertaining attempting to play Johann Sebastian Joust in lolita. I’ve wanted this dress for a very long time, so I’m incredibly happy to finally get my hands on it!
