I have NOT taken this challenge aggressively because I know I wouldn’t be able to sustain it. Slow and steady wins the race. I’m still eating a decent amount of calories, I’m not starving, im not doing an hour of cardio a day, I only go to the gym 4 days a week, and I’m not a completely nut case like I was the last time I decided to lose weight
