Got in some much needed traipsing through the woods today!

I was surprised at how few people were out. Not complaining though… it was great to easily find parking on a Saturday and have some quiet time with nothing but nature.

I really need to make it a weekly thing again to help keep my anxiety somewhat under control.

Also, I am freaking loving the way my chest looks these days ♡

My fortune cookie was on point yesterday. My anxiety has been really hard to deal with recently. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone has been almost impossible and some stuff at work is really taking its toll on me but I’m pushing myself forward one day at a time!
